“Best ramen EVER! We stumbled upon Uncle over a decade ago, and since then anytime we’re in CO we come for dinner. The spicy chicken ramen is hands down the best, love all of the bao buns, eggplant is my favorite, but can’t go wrong with crab or pork belly ones either. We’ve never had anything bad, service is always great too! Be sure to make a reservation.“

“I got the a build your own bowl I thought it was good, but a little bit of feedback: zucchini noodles were raw I think they’d be better cooked and the chicken was cold I think warm options should be offered. Perhaps I’ll get something else next time.“

“We got Spicy Tatsu and Tan Tan Ramen, gyoza, and a California Roll. The Tatsu is exceptional and I guzzled about all of the broth down. It has chasu (pork belly) and chicken, bamboo strips, marinated egg, bok choy, and seaweed. The Tan Tan has a spicy peanut broth with ground chicken. We’ve had the Tonkatsu and Miso on other occasions and I recall liking all of them. The restaurant is pleasant and staff is attentive and kind. They often have sporting events on their three TVs, so we got to watch some World Cup this evening, which was great.“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Menya Ramen & Poke, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish we tried was outstanding and exceeded my expectations.

However, what made this visit especially memorable was the exceptional service from Vanessa. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. Her warm personality and thoughtful service made the entire experience feel even more special.

I usually don’t write reviews, but Vanessa’s kindness and professionalism truly impressed me and inspired me to share this. It’s rare to meet someone who cares so much about making guests feel comfortable and happy.

Because of both the amazing food and Vanessa’s outstanding service, I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

“I've been coming to Moonga for a while and it's definitely my go to sushi/ ramen place! Today I got to sit outside since I had my pup with me and they treated her so kindly. “10/10. Great food, great ambience and wonderful servers. We tried the Spicy Chicken Ramen, Fried Rice and Chicken Karaage. Food tasted great, hot and served well. Asher, our server was very nice. There was a homeless person at the door and they were very nice to him, offered him a cup of water. Treated them like a human being. Really nice to see such gestures from businesses. “The food has a homemade flavor that you don't really get from other places. I got the Chicken Katsu Don and you could tell it was hand prepped and made. The slightly sweet sauce paired nicely with the otherwise savory dish. I also tried the Karage and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was.

There is only 1 thing that keeps this away from 5 stars and thar is the Boba. I got the strawberry one and it was a bit too strong. Having almost a perfume flavor to it. But I also tried the normal milk tea and that was delicious, better than some milk tea specific places I have been too.“

We ordered a variety of items and they were all delicious - Black Dragon, Korean kimchi fried rice, and Tonkatsu ramen. Even the salad was good and had high quality greens instead of plain lettuce. “My wife and I have been coming here for the past few months since moving in to the area. We are always greeted immediately and served within minutes. The presentation of the food is always on point and the music they play is perfect for everyone. Pricing is manageable but can get pricey fast. Highly recommend coming during the day. So worth it!!“
