We absolutely love this place! We go regularly and the staff knows our orders by heart, which makes it feel extra special. The pho is always excellent—my husband gets the steak pho, and I order the vegetarian (minus the veggies), and they always bring me extra onions without me even asking. The tofu is fried perfectly every time, with just the right bit of crisp.

My husband’s coworkers brag about a pho place near his work, but he always comes home saying it’s just not the same as here. That says a lot! We truly hope this restaurant stays in business forever. 😀“

“I picked up dinner for my bro and I as he wasn't feeling well and you can't go wrong with pho when you're sick! The large portion was a good amount, although we didn't have enough broth, next time we'll ask for extra broth. The flavor was very good, you can taste the spices quite nicely. The combo rice platter was really good too, all the grilled meats tasted great, however we did run out of the chili lime sauce that comes with it. When I went to pick up the order, it was already waiting for me and everything was accurate. The staff are friendly as well. Next time I'll definitely drop by for dine in to see the difference and take some photos!“

“I was visiting Denver on business for the first time in 20 years and got lunch here.
The shop was bustling at 1pm on a weekday, great atmosphere. Very friendly people running the shop, presumably the owners. I got the fried Chicken Bahn mi , and an iced coffee.
The slab of meat in The sandwich was enormous. For me personally, it overpowered the rest of the things in the sandwich, and needed balance. I'd have preferred to get about half that much fried Chicken. But, far better to get too much than too little. The pickled veggies were yummy. The sandwich itself was very filling. The iced coffee, I tried to explain to the man at the register that I did not want sugar in it. He kept asking less sweet? And I said yes. No sweet. Unfortunately he did not understand me and it was still super sweet. But again, excellent flavor and overall I really liked the feeling of the cafe. Definitely would visit again, but would get a different kind of bahn mi next time, and try harder to explain no sugar in the iced coffee.“

Everything was well prepared and organized. The food was HOT—which is what I look for. I loved how the pho was packaged. Everything was in a bowl with the veggies in a separate plastic part (separate from the meat) in the bowl. It was perfect for when I ate my food at the park.

“Neat place for Pho, good variety of Asian fusion appetizers, entrees, they also have a Bahn mi and Biba station. Danielle’s Service was friendly and quick. I tried the grilled chicken roll which was tasty- crunchy cucumber and perfectly grilled chicken, spicy beef pho small was actually big enough quantity to take home as well. Beef was barbecued first which left a sweet taste, the jalapeño and sriracha got me where I needed to be for the spicy level. Overall a nice experience, check it out for yourself.“

“My husband and I were craving a warm and delicious pho. Umami sushi and pho, a brand-new establishment in town, exceeded our expectations from the moment we entered. The aroma of delectable and fresh food was exceptional. We ordered a couple of pho and the broth's flavor was intensely delicious and warming. The fresh vegetables tasted remarkably fresh. The entire venue was nice and neat, and the staff were very friendly, making us feel at home. We will definitely return soon, eager to try their sushi. I highly recommend stopping by for succulent pho and sushi. Umami Sushi bar and Pho es Nuevo aquí en Aurora, fuimos por primera vez y pasó la prueba del sabor. El caldo tenía mucho sabor y sustancia. “The best pho I have had in Colorado. You can taste the care in the soup and everything taste fresh. The places I usually go to have gone down on quality since covid and I was pleasantly surprised by this place. They even had chili oil at the table which you have to usually order off the menu, or get charged for at other places. I would definitely give this place a shot. You can tell by the fresh vegetables and good meat in the soup that this place is legit.“
