“Two long time friends and I had a yummy Christmas-time lunch here yesterday. Two of the 3 us have been coming to El Pueblito for many years, driving down from Estes Park. Chips/Salsa very good, large portions. I ordered the wonderful burrito that has added bell pepper and onion, ground beef, green chile, with El Pueblito's special light-and-flavorful cheese sauce over all. Minus the flour tortilla due to gluten intolerance. Friends really liked their food, too. This is a restaurant that has put a lot of thought and skill into making delicious Mexican food. Recommended El Pueblito to waitress at another Mexican restaurant in Denver. She asked for directions and wants to visit. So glad our other friend got to try your restaurant, too. “Reviews were good so we gave it a try. Empanadas were deep fried but not greasy. The ground beef filling was well seasoned. I ordered coleslaw as a side which was also well done.Sauces were all tasty with Riki sauce as my favorite. The sauces were served on the side as they may be too spicy for some. Texmex Baja fusion is well executed. The staff was attentive, the place is clean, the prices are fair, the food is very good and the portions are generous. Enough said.“

“This is hands down the best Authentic food in town. Amazing gem of a food truck in Loveland that truly brings the flavor this town has so desperately needed. Fast, affordable, and absolutely delicious. Who needs more?

We got the Smothered Pastor burrito which had the perfect kick and an amazing punch of flavor, the Birria Tacos with consume which are absolutely the best in Larimer county, and we also got some asada street tacos that were to die for.

Go blow them up with your business, they absolutely deserve every second; and I promise you it will be worth the stop 👍“

“I've been coming here since I was 13 or 14 when they first opened. My best friend worked here and eventually came back as an adult and painted the mural inside. I have helped clean up the store as a kid and pretty much lived off of Big City as a favorite go to spot. I just came back for a visit from the other side of the mountains and at 35 years old, it is still the most satisfying and perfect burrito ever! My order : regular/super potato burrito on jalapeño chedder, cheese melted, rice, chicken mole, spicy pico, sour cream, guacamole, 2 lines of green sauce and most importantly, 3 lines of strawberry habenero. 👌 Perfection!“

“Clean, relatively quiet for open floor plan and staff is very friendly. Santiagos is a front range favorite and the Loveland location does not disappoint. Only small recommendation would be to add a Carry Out or Pick Up sign above the right register. It's a busy place due to quality and value but a small sign might help in minimizing impatient customers/speeding up line waits. Well done. 🙂“
