“Always enjoy the food at La Mariposa in Lyons Colorado! Definitely recommend the Flautas!!“

“Excellent. We walked in and were greeted with menus as we opened the door. We chose to sit at the bar. Chips and salsa were being brought to us as we got situated. The margaritas were great and the service was the same. Can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu. It’s great to experience this kind of atmosphere. A new favorite!“

“Really glad I discovered this place. I went in today for the first time and the girl working was very kind and helped me figure out what I wanted to order. Food was ready quickly and you could tell it was made with care, not just thrown together as quickly as possible. I will definitely be coming back here regularly.“
