“District III hits the trifecta of ratings. Food and the coffee are superb with a wide variety of food and drinks, service is friendly and prompt and the atmosphere is terrific. No matter the weather outside, it’s warm and friendly inside District III. I happened to find myself here while I was waiting for a family friend having lengthy tests at Penrose. I had not been nor heard of this coffee shop before, but spied a walk away coffee cup across the parking lot and decided to try. I am primarily a French Roast, black guy. The bold coffee was very good and suited my taste just fine. Stop in there’s plenty of room and quite a people and pet friendly environment!
Parking: Loads of parking and handicapped parking spots.“

“I went to Java Haus this morning and wasn’t expecting much since most coffee shops make lattes that taste like dirt but this was by far the best Vanilla Latte I have ever had. And I drink a lot of coffee. I also had the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich which was equally great. The staff were so incredibly sweet and I will 100% be coming back.“

“What a lovely little gem!! We had a quick stop to water my dog and get myself a little pick me up and this popped up on google as the closest spot. Very friendly and helpful girl served us and was incredibly courteous. I had the wildflower with a shot and she recommended a spice on top which was like the cherry on top, so delicious!! My first time trying hemp milk as well, as recommended by her, and fantastic option! They have a loyalty program via punch card so another reason I can’t wait to come again! Scout says thanks for the delicious treat and the ice water on a hot summer day as well ?“

“Just wanna say that We had the best coffee experience at Dutch Bros last weekend. Not only for the most delicious peppermint Coffee but the most amazing and most warm costumer serving we ever had in the time we spend in Colorado Springs. Starting from the guy in parking lot to all the guys inside the store. The vibe was awesome that we have to come back the next day and the next day ❤️ thank you guys and keep up the what y’all doing. Hope to see y’all next time we’re in town 🫶🤘🏼😆 all love and appreciation from the H-TOWN ✌️😙“

“Too many coffee shops in the Springs to tolerate poor business practices. Your employees, including your manager, do not know how to make the box of Joe or do a refund? If that is in fact, true, it should be taken off the menu as you are setting your employees up for failure. Only one employee working Saturday at 9. The owner said I should have be tolerant because they are a small family business. Wow. Just shocked at his approach and this validated my opinion of a poorly executed business plan. I am very surprised you are still in business. You might want to invest in a real point of cell platform. If you have to go into the backend to do a refund that leaves you employees in a bind. Some additional training on customer service might be impactful as well. Some advice… Employees should not greet people when they walk in with… You’re just gonna have to wait. All of these. People are in front of you. That has the potential to make a customer who spent $57 online for your coffee. When you couldn’t produce, I requested a refund and was told by your employee that she doesn’t know how to do the refunds either. And then, I was told by the manager you had to go in on the back-end to get a refund. That’s ridiculous. At least invest in Square if you aren’t going to train your employees.“

“it was my first time going to this coffee spot, its so cute and the atmosphere is amazing.
upon arrival a sweet man held the door open for my friend and i. we then got to witness the kind interaction of this man being a regular here at this spot, they new his order and name by heart and tended to him with such generosity. truly adore seeing such interactions.
the barista seemed to be in training, but she did so amazing and was very kind. i literally haven’t had a coffee this good in a hot minute so i will be visiting again!“

“I love Dutch but today was let down. Got my drink wrong with size didn't even offer to fix just said oh I checked with you several times with you. When I don't remember even being asked about my size. I would have paid the difference but no offer at all to fix the size issue. Normally they would be right on that. Just not today. I went today mainly to try one of the new soft tops. I go about 2 to 3 times a week. Haven't had this issue before. I just was let down today.“

“I don’t like the coffee I stick to novelty drinks so today had a tall caramel latte! I had to make a pit stop for a bathroom break anyway. I still have my actual gold card from when they were still using them now everything is done online but I like to carry the card with me in case my phone is in use!“
