“LILY...is one of the kindest, caring barista employees who genuinely cares about the customers! I hardly ever make it up here north to this location in Monument, but I was very happy when I walked into the Starbucks after a very hard day to find Lily working. Lily is a dedicated and professional staff member. She exudes happiness no matter when you encounter her. Lily is quite an asset to this Starbucks location. My drinks are always made with extra care here. Lily is what "customer service" is supposed to be! 10 stars out of 5 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ !! Way to go Lily!“
