“Honestly such an amazing place for real Mexican ice cream! But the customer service it’s top notch, the ladies are patient educated and very well trained! They are super friendly with kids and they can let you try many flavors with such a positive actitud ! I highly recommended this place, we came on Monday was kind slow and perfect for enjoy because I can be very sure weekend here are packed because they are really good!

“The ice cream was delicious and affordable. The customer service was great the lady was very friendly and gave us time to explore what they had. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back to try other ice cream flavors. I wish we would have taken a picture of our waffle cone ice cream but it was too good and the company was too sweet to stop and take a picture. Maybe next time :) Oh and she gave us a pup cup for our grand doggie Doobie.“

“My husband and I have been here at least 10-15 times in the last year. They have a great atmosphere that is clean and family feeling. The Tostilotes are my favorite. But the ice cream and the other items are delicious! Definitely give it a try for some yummy mexican snacks!“

“The cookies are generally a bit too big and too sweet for me, but that’s my personal preference. They are baked well and can have a crisp edge and softer center complemented by a copious dollop of frosting. On this occasion, we got the cookies and cream tres leches. It is delicious! I enjoy it more than the traditional version.“

“I got a passionfruit green tea with lychee jellies and it was amazing! This is one of my go to boba shop orders, and this might be the best one I’ve had!! It was both sweet and sour and even had fresh passion fruit seeds in it. The employee was so kind and friendly and offered me a taster to make sure I liked the sweetness level. Can’t wait to return and try more things!“

“It was a three bears situation. One ice cream was a little too mixed and almost melted, one wasn’t mixed and not chopped small enough, and the last one was mixed perfectly but we weren’t told where it was so it was a little confusing. All in all, I would recommend this place and the workers are so sweet.“

“I got in touch with corporate, and they blamed my messed up order on the delivery driver. Delivery driver doesnt make my order and it comes in a sealed bag. So there is no way for the driver to see our order. That makes me disappointed with the corporate office to say that. I got a call from the manager and he fixed my order for me. It was really appreciated!!“

“Only reason not a 5 star on food is because the "Orange Julius" I ordered was nothing like it should be. I don't know if this is a prepackaged item mix, but they need to go back to the drawing board and make this great like it once was. Asking all fans of the orange julius that are old school and give your opinion. Guess I will have to go on-line for the original recipe and make my own. Other than that, our additional items were great! Customer service was outstanding!“
“We took our 19 daycare kids here, and the two young men working behind the counter handled there orders like pros! The took extra care of a child with a food allergy and were very kind and respectful. They managed to get out 19 different orders with ease. Will definitely be coming back here because of the two.“

“Good place for a coffee stop, sweets for any occasion (they make holiday treats that are so cutely festive! We went in November so the treats were pumpkin and turkey themed) also a good place to let the small kiddos spend their tooth fairy money on "by the pound" treats, from the huge wall of jelly bellys to the chocolate malt balls, or lemon sours from when you were a kid. All sorts of sweets, and ice cream.

“My ice cream is getting smaller each time. I asked tonight how the rewards work because I've been collecting them for months and have never been told I got a discount. As an employee she kept stressing that she had no idea how the rewards worked, so I grabbed a brochure. She told me how many points I have tonight and it's so few for all the ice creams I've gotten. I'm wondering if something is going on at this location at 55th and Wadsworth.“

“We've ordered online from this location many times and have never had a bad experience. They're always prompt, and they get our orders correct. It's a nice date-night treat for my husband and I once the kids go to bed every few months and I love that they're so close that we can indulge a few times a year. “GREAT price for the amount of ice cream you get -- salted caramel Oreo flavor was phenomenal -- one of the best flavors of ice cream I've had in a while honestly! The waffle cones were good, and the service from the staff member there was great. Good place to head over to on your way to or from the Red Rock Amphitheater!“
