A little while back, I wrote a review saying, Liks, would be 5 stars, all day long, if it weren't for their straws.( see original review following this current one) I went in today, bought two large, Sleepless/ Chocolate Chip malts.
To my delight, I was greeted with straws, that could pull, the damn near, whole espresso beans and chocolate chips, through, with ease! (See attached photos) That accompanied with the smiling courteous attendant, made it the perfect stop, on my way home!
To me, there's nothing more respectful, from a customer stand point, than, when a business listens to their customers! Thanks guys! You have a malt customer for life!
(Original)This place would be five stars all day long if it weren't for one thing. One simple thing. The straws they give you for a malt or shake have to be the cheapest thinnest straws available.
Which makes trying to drink one of their malts almost impossible. Chocolate and vanilla, you'll have to work for it, but try drinking a Samoan Cookie or Billionaires malt. NO WAY!
I usually have to head home as fast as possible, to get a proper straw all before it melts.
The employees are usually smiling and courteous and process the order as fast as it can be done. Granted, making a quality malt takes time.
Three straws are almost enough to make me stop going there. ALMOST!
This may be pretty petty for some, but I know there are many others like me, that can relate. Can we get some decent straws?!“

“The cookies are generally a bit too big and too sweet for me, but that’s my personal preference. They are baked well and can have a crisp edge and softer center complemented by a copious dollop of frosting. On this occasion, we got the cookies and cream tres leches. It is delicious! I enjoy it more than the traditional version.“

“What a hidden gem! Kevin runs a great shop. We had great pizzas (we ordered 6 different specialty pizzas). They were perfectly baked and served hot. Over 50 years enjoying pizza and these rank with the best ever! Also, we had a great choice of draft beers and mixed drinks too. Only a couple of us had room for ice cream and were the lucky ones. For me, the strawberry and pina colada twist was an awesome finish to a great afternoon. You should get there as soon as you can!“

“I got in touch with corporate, and they blamed my messed up order on the delivery driver. Delivery driver doesnt make my order and it comes in a sealed bag. So there is no way for the driver to see our order. That makes me disappointed with the corporate office to say that. I got a call from the manager and he fixed my order for me.
