“What can I say that hasn’t already been said? I think this is the best restaurant in Boulder and I don’t say that lightly. The sweet potato appetizer is truly a unique experience. We just had small plates and didn’t even order a main course. Going here for happy hour is a great trick. They have great small plates for $8. I give this place my highest recommendation.“

“Flat out, best meal we've ever had. I'm going to be thinking of every course of that meal until the next time that I go. The wine pairing was perfect. Every sip of wine was good, every bite of food was wonderful, and then you put the two together and got another experience, distinct from the wine and food separately, but even more delicious. The staff was attentive, amazing, knowledgable, and so friendly. We sat at the bar and had a great time chatting with the bartenders while they told us about the food and wine and how it was working at the restaurant.

“My husband and I had an after dinner party here for about 30 people after our wedding. Service was AMAZING. The food was provided by The Post. We had multiple guests say it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The cocktails were amazing, in fact I’m still thinking about that amazing espresso martini and I know our guests are too. I wish I could give this place 100 stars. We live out of state and correspondence planning the event was amazing too. I can’t wait to come back!“

“Checking in with a collection of my experiences -- all of which have been resoundingly positive. I especially enjoy some of the appetizers and the happy hour menu, with the Brussel Sprouts & Hummus (pictured) and Calamari coming to mind. For my taste it's the perfect balance between comfort food and upscale, you can tell the menu has been well thought out and that the food items are designed to be a little more interesting and tasty than cut-and-paste bar food, while at the same time the vibe isn't overly pretentious. I think there's something to be said for knowing your lane and not pretending to be something you're not -- and Ironwood Grill does that perfectly. I always feel welcomed, I always feel relaxed, and I never leave hungry. I spent my 50th birthday and myself and all my guests (of which there were many) were well attended to and taken care of. I will continue to be back again and again and feel great about supporting this locally run enterprise.“

The owner of the restaurant himself, took the time to make sure we were comfortable while we were waiting for our table.. He even took us there when it was ready.!He suggested the tiki seating area in the outdoor patio. It seats six, so we were joined by two other couples. The conversation was lively and interesting. My fiancée ordered the tuna fish sandwich and I had the beet salad, both were tasty! The sun had gone down by now and the subdued lighting added a new level of ambience.. We capped off the night with the citrus cake and coffee. The service was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be going back there again!“

“We always love coming to Rosetta Hall. The atmosphere is always nice and the food options are great. We came here for the holiday cocktails and the holiday decor and it didn't disappoint. A chunk of the downstairs was taken up by a private holiday party, so we couldn't sit in the main dining hall. But that was totally fine, because the employees made sure we were comfortable where we were sitting and service was still attentive.“

“Just had dinner with family & everything was incredible. The decor is interesting, there’s tons to look at. Even the mismatched and kitschy dinnerware. We enjoyed the jalapeño poppers, fried pickles and okra. The cauliflower tacos, brisket sandwich, steak mac and cheese and beyond burger were all made perfect and came out hot and quick. “Just had the Valentine’s Day Dinner with my husband here! It’s our first V-Day as a married couple and there was no way I would have rather spent it! For this dinner they not only had great food, but there was a poet at the front writing poems for the couples. Our poem brought a tear to my eye! Some things I have to say about the restaurant.. First of all, the owners put so much thought and care into the food. It’s very apparent that they care about what they put in front of you, and they are able to cater to dietary restrictions even with the pre-fixed meals which is sooo impressive. I’ve been vegetarian and gluten free in the past and I can attest to how daunting going out to eat can be if you have restrictions. This place will take care of you!!! Secondly, the staff is super nice and the cocktails are so delicious. I could go on and on about how awesome this place is but the last thing I’ll mention is the ambience, architecture, and furniture are so unique. This place is great if you want to just grab a couple drinks at the bar but is also great for special occasions with multiple courses. So glad to have a place like this only a couple blocks from my home!!“
