“Been to many ihops here in colorado this store is exceptional. The servers and hostes made the atmosphere feel very easy going. My food is always hot and above standards. The general manager is always out checking tables and being very involved in the quality of her store. I will definitely be back“

“This place is amazing! From the moment we walked in the door, the service was great. It’s a true “team” atmosphere where everyone works together to ensure a positive guest experience. “This is definitely the kind of place you come for the friendly service, small town environment, and low prices. Lisa is still bopping around and you can really feel the family atmosphere.

However, don't expect a hidden gem of homedown cooking. The food is made well but it very basic and unseasoned. So it is a good choice for a simple fast breakfast or a group of picky eater.“

“One of the best breakfasts I've ever had, and absolutely the best omlette I've enjoyed. My wife and I shared a few cocktails, including their pride month offering. I stared with the spicy egg salad on crispy potato because the menu said "everyone needs at least one," and I try to be a rule follower. It was a good first bite, but not the best part of the meal. My wife had the chicken sandwich, which was a special menu item. It was fantastic (I had a bite). For me though, the omlette was the star of the meal. the eggs were fluffy and cooked perfectly. The sauce was a nice complement to the eggs and beet cured salmon, separately, and also as a composed bite. The real treat, however, was the spring peas (not pictured) on the inside. We'll return next time we are in Denver, and reluctantly, I'll try something else from the menu. I should add that our sever was fantastic, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the wall of sauces is a little overwhelming, but in a good way. My favorite was the Colfax Killer. I really enjoyed it on my wife's fries and the greens that were on the side of my dish.“

“My daughter and I went for brunch. The staff were great but the best thing I loved about here is their French Toast selection. They are sound interesting and good. But the one I ordered was the Banana Bread French Toast. It was awesome. You really have to try it.“

“Big momma's is always clean they have a bathroom inside that a few tables to sit out in the inside and a few out in the outside with umbrellas to cover the block the sun. The workers are always nice and polite then you order the food and you get it within minutes nice and hot.“

“There food is excellent. My husband and I have been going to this location for a long time. We know all of the waiters and owners. Laurie, Jim, Chris, Dillon And Tina are so nice to us. When they see us coming they know that my husband always has an Americano coffee and they are right on it. They just reopened 7 days a week now and we are so thrilled. Of all the Le Peeps in town they rank number one in my books. Please go there and you will see that they have good food and are all so nice. Just like family!“

“This place gets a little shade now that they've expanded their reach and I think that has resulted in a perceived decline in quality. I generally only get their corned beef hash, however because it is consistently good (on a previous visit it came up short on the amount of corned beef, but staff brought out a nice sized plate of extra CBH as a result). I add a pancake as well and they are creative and good.

I had the best experience there recently with server Val as she was the most attentive server I've ever had there, especially considering I was the only person on the patio. I usually sit at the bar and find that service is lacking there and employees are more concerned with closing tasks in the last hour of operation than the people at the bar. Snooze needs more Vals!“

The bun probably 3 days old. The fries were good as was the waitress. I won't go again. They obviously have cut the quality WAY down.“

I LOVE their french toast and I also got the Ham and Cheese crepe. A little small, but fine if you are sharing other things like the french toast. Everything is just so fresh here!“

“We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and ate breakfast every morning at the Knife and Board. We had two wonderful servers Chantel and Cecelia who greeted us each morning and were very attentive. Food was very good and with plenty of coffee the breakfast was a perfect way to start our day.“

“This Chillax is pretty great, they also have a great smash burger, I don’t like American cheese usually, but they put it on top of the carmalized onions so doing that made it much better, the sweet potato fries where indeed on the sweet side and came sprinkled with salt, they also have napkins that are nice and 18 inches long.“
