Waited a minimum of 45 minutes for a salad, slowly drank my beer until that went empty and then sat empty. Then didn’t get my salad until I ask. Eat here if you want to be ignored and wait a really long time for food
We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and ate breakfast every morning at the Knife and Board. We had two wonderful servers Chantel and Cecelia who greeted us each morning and were very attentive. Food was very good and with plenty of coffee the breakfast was a perfect way to start our day.

Knife & Board is a surprisingly good and convenient late-night meal option at a chain hotel. The service is outstanding, with staff politely checking on guests and offering items like hot sauces and to-go coffee. The huevos rancheros are quite good, with perfectly cooked eggs on tortillas with black beans and a tasty ranchero sauce, complimented by sliced fresh avocado. The menu also includes appealing items like chicken tenders and goat cheese pizza, earning the place nothing but kudos.
