“Who ever worked memorial day(5/26/25) ,girl i SAW you! There was ONE staff member on. She was kind, polite, and greeted EVERY guest that walked in the door. She had about five to go orders, not to mention the 15 in person guests. And I walked in with an order for 9 people. She was calm cool collected, an ace in her place. I wish I would have asked your name when I paid!!! Thank you so much. Keep shining and #subway you owe this woman a raise!!!!“

“Loved the Chopped Cheese sandwich. Some Chopped Cheese sandwiches around Denver have just chopped meat but here they actually chop up a burger so you get chunks vs a slopy joe type of sandwich. There are much better smashburgers elsewhere though. Very average but go for the Chopped Cheese. Delicious.“

“Amazing food!! Wanted something new for a day out with my dad and he's a big cheesestake guy. I love gyros and it was the perfect mix for the both of us. The food was delicious and served quickly and the server was the sweetest. The place itself is cute and a bit small, only complaint was the floors and tables were a little sticky but I didn't mind. It seems mostly like a place for takeout which I will absolutely be getting again next time I'm around!“

“Man i love jersey mikes, honestley dont think ive ever had anything short of literaly the most amazing ppl making sandwitches here, onw of the guys did this crazy thing where it looked like he pulled his thumb right off and then put it back, that was crazy, i have no idea how he did that.

While im here somebody ran in and stole the tip jar, so now the same guy (with the dissappearing thumb) is chasing the guy down, crazy time

Anyways, realy good food and service, 10/10

“The order taker Ryan was amazing! He gave us a 10% discount without even asking if we were senior citizens! That was very thoughtful! The food was extremely delicious. Hot, tasteful, and plenty of toppings! This restaurant is very small so the atmosphere is not so important to me. There were plenty of tables to be sat at and it was very clean. My husband and I both had a pleasant experience and we will be back. I would definitely recommend this restaurant as you won't regret it.“

“I had never heard of Fat Shack but google offered it up.I am so Glad it did! . The owner was super patient when we were deciding what to order and brought the food out when it was ready.
I wish we lived closer as a good cheesesteak is hard find. The kids loved the mozzarella stick sandwich and burgers. If I am ever in the area in the future, I would definitely stop by and eat again.“

“We are visiting from KC and stopped here to grab some food after a ball game. And we are so glad we did! CJ took our order and was very helpful, friendly and kind. He was well spoken and you can tell he takes pride in his work.

The food was phenomenal. We ordered a Fat Doobie, a Fat Cow and a Fat Jersey. It took about 20 minutes to get our order and it was well worth it. The sandwiches were fresh and hot. What an amazing idea and blend of flavors. We also ordered all 3 desserts (because why not) and they were incredible. We definitely had to take boxes home. So glad we stopped by here!“

Sandwiches have a good bun to filling ratio, so you aren't paying for too much bread. Of all the subs we have had, my favorite is the meatball sub, but that isn't to say the other subs haven't been just as good, Lots of choices of not just subs, but other options as well at prices that won't break the bank, a good value for your money.“

“You'll have to write up your own order on numbered paper bags. Seemed a lot of work. Tried to recreate a Greek gyros. Got gyros meat, cukecumber, red onion slivers, tzaziki and happily added hummus. Good but not great. Yummy white buns. Hard to find a reason to tip, as only a cashier reads your bag, and you use that bag for cleaning up your table. So did not tip the sandwich maker.“

“Snarf's is honestly great! Their gluten-free bread is the real deal—it’s got that perfect chew and soft center, just like a good baguette. It’s easily the best GF bread I’ve had at a sandwich shop. They use really high-quality ingredients, and their flavor combos just work. The only reason it’s 4- stars instead of five is that it’s a bit pricey but the service is pretty good and the sandwiches are tasty, so it’s definitely worth a visit“

“I was here 06/01/25 around 6pm and the gentleman working was a one man show! I didn’t catch his name, but he was crushing it and gave great customer service! Quite a few people came in at once and he was working on multiple online orders as well. He handled it all so gracefully, despite being the only person working and people having to wait. I work in service, so I know how frustrating it can be when the stores been vacant for a bit and then all of the sudden all the business hits at once. (Happens to the best of us lol) But he was amazing - all happy customers! He definitely deserves a raise, at the very least a shift meal!! ❤️“

The guy at the counter actually rolled his eyes at me when I walked in and muttered 5 words our whole interaction and every single one had a tone with attitude. I did have a small issue On December 16th 2025 that was handled perfectly. Great service that I'd love to call out here.

I used a BOGO offer through their app and it charged me for both sandwiches rather than the BOGO being applied. Vida from Potbelly asked me what happened and told me she would refund me the money later in the day. I just got my notification about my refunded money after the software glitch. Much appreciated Vida.

My husband and I have gone a few times and finally asked for his name since he is always working and helping us. He has incredible work ethic and is super respectful. “I placed an online order at 11:46. The email confirmation said it would be ready at 12:06, when I got there they said they were busy and it would be a little while longer. I waited patiently. At 12:40 I checked on my order and asked if I can cancel since it took my entire lunch. Turns out my order was sitting back there the entire time. I get its lunch hour but I was sitting near the front the entire time.“
