“Who ever worked memorial day(5/26/25) ,girl i SAW you! There was ONE staff member on. She was kind, polite, and greeted EVERY guest that walked in the door. She had about five to go orders, not to mention the 15 in person guests. And I walked in with an order for 9 people. She was calm cool collected, an ace in her place. I wish I would have asked your name when I paid!!! Thank you so much. Keep shining and #subway you owe this woman a raise!!!!“

“Amazing food!! Wanted something new for a day out with my dad and he's a big cheesestake guy. I love gyros and it was the perfect mix for the both of us. The food was delicious and served quickly and the server was the sweetest. The place itself is cute and a bit small, only complaint was the floors and tables were a little sticky but I didn't mind. It seems mostly like a place for takeout which I will absolutely be getting again next time I'm around!“

“I got the pepper cheesesteak with the hot peppers and it was one of the better cheesesteaks I’ve had in a long time. The spicy level was just right and very good. I also got an order of onion rings and those were also very good (a bit overcooked, but I didn’t mind). This will be my go-to cheesesteak spot for north of Denver.“

“We love this place, the people are friendly and the shop/restaurant is clean. The sandwiches have a lot of meat/fillings and the rolls are soft and tasty. Sandwiches have a good bun to filling ratio, so you aren't paying for too much bread. Of all the subs we have had, my favorite is the meatball sub, but that isn't to say the other subs haven't been just as good, Lots of choices of not just subs, but other options as well at prices that won't break the bank, a good value for your money.“

“I was here 06/01/25 around 6pm and the gentleman working was a one man show! I didn’t catch his name, but he was crushing it and gave great customer service! Quite a few people came in at once and he was working on multiple online orders as well. He handled it all so gracefully, despite being the only person working and people having to wait. I work in service, so I know how frustrating it can be when the stores been vacant for a bit and then all of the sudden all the business hits at once. (Happens to the best of us lol) But he was amazing - all happy customers! He definitely deserves a raise, at the very least a shift meal!! ❤️“

“Im a delivery driver and deliver this location on occasion. At the end of my delivery I ordered an Italian sub. Thinking I was just going to take a couple bites and finish it later like a normally do was not what I did. The sub had so much flavor I parked my truck on the side of the building, took my break there and finished that sandwich. I've been to other snarfs before that are closer to my house. But this one specifically definitely caught my attention. I felt appreciated as not only their driver, but as a customer as well. I wish this crew was closer to my home but I will be stopping in everytime im in the area. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody“

“You'll have to write up your own order on numbered paper bags. Seemed a lot of work. Tried to recreate a Greek gyros. Got gyros meat, cukecumber, red onion slivers, tzaziki and happily added hummus. Good but not great. Yummy white buns. Hard to find a reason to tip, as only a cashier reads your bag, and you use that bag for cleaning up your table. So did not tip the sandwich maker.“

I did have a small issue On December 16th 2025 that was handled perfectly. Great service that I'd love to call out here.

I used a BOGO offer through their app and it charged me for both sandwiches rather than the BOGO being applied. Vida from Potbelly asked me what happened and told me she would refund me the money later in the day. I just got my notification about my refunded money after the software glitch. Much appreciated Vida.

My favorite sandwich is the chicken salad and provolone and my husband loves the eggplant Parmesan! But truly, you can’t go wrong. “I placed an online order at 11:46. The email confirmation said it would be ready at 12:06, when I got there they said they were busy and it would be a little while longer. I waited patiently. At 12:40 I checked on my order and asked if I can cancel since it took my entire lunch. Turns out my order was sitting back there the entire time. I get its lunch hour but I was sitting near the front the entire time.“
