“What an amazing experience at Monarch Casino in Blackhawk, CO! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooftop pool is absolutely stunning—definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The staff went above and beyond, and I have to give a special shoutout to Simon for his exceptional service. An added bonus was the outdoor firepits and hot tub, which offered incredible views of the mountains—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The beds were incredibly comfy, and the blackout curtains made for the best night’s sleep of our whole trip. It was so nice to be able to sleep in and enjoy a later checkout time of noon. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!”

“I was extremely impressed. After a long day of hiking in the rocky mountain national park, we needed something filling and warm. Not only did this place check those boxes but, it was very good.

The service was nice and everyone enjoyed their food. Best part was the price. I’ve had plenty of Indian food but, I have noticed the cost skyrocketing. This place is affordable and just as good.”

“Love this place! We stayed in town for our honeymoon & this quickly became our favorite place. The structure itself is made from old train cars & the atmosphere is wonderful. There’s a music & game room in addition to the ample seating, making this place feel like a second home. Please try them out if you’re in town!”

“My husband and I grabbed coffees and a breakfast burrito from New Moon this morning before we hit the long road home. The space is clean and cozy, and the staff are very friendly. I had an iced crème brûlée latte that was absolute heaven, and my husband had an iced americano which was delicious as well. The real star though was the bacon and egg breakfast burrito! First of all, it was huge! Stuffed with eggs, bacon, melted cheese, guacamole, and pico. My husband and I agreed that it was the best breakfast burrito we’ve ever had. We look forward to visiting this spot the next time we visit Nederland.”

“Hands down one of the best food truck experiences I’ve had! I’ve eaten here twice now, as they are parked at Very Nice Brewing in Gilpin county frequently. The crab cakes sliders and salmon latkes are OTHER WORLDLY, and the Greek fries are a unique fusion dish I get every time. Cannot recommend enough!”

“Small tasting room where you get to wine taste with the owner/winemaker and get a better appreciation of the wines. Reasonable prices, Colorado-sourced grapes. Nice variety and some fun wine names and labels. Support this winery! We enjoyed it very much.”
