“I have known Nick N Willys for 4 years and have always really liked it in every aspect. The food is delicious, the service is excellent and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very pleasant. Always in the different seasons and celebrations of each year, the decoration of the restaurant is spectacular. The pizzas have varied flavors and are very delicious. The wings satisfy anyone. For all of the above, they won The Best of Summit award in 2022 and also in 2023 in the categories of best vegetarian food, best pizza and best wings in the county. In addition, the owners and employees are excellent people who always worry about maintaining the best quality and the best customer service. This time I had a personal size meat pizza, it was delicious. They also have a variety of drinks, including wines, beers and sodas. For all this, I totally recommend Nick N Willys.”

“First time dining here and it was simply awesome!! Great food, ambiance and service was wonderful. Our server, Andy Sheldon, was the best. Make sure to ask for him. The owner took the time to visit each and every table including ours and made sure everything was great. Definitely coming back.”

“This place is amazing! We were in town for the ice castles and decided to take our dog. There were so many other dings that played great and the atmosphere was great! They have root beer and Gatorade for non alcoholic options. Overall a amazing place for dogs, and humans!”

As a local, I'm always amazed at how non- locals expect restaurants to cater to them rather than trying to immerse and enjoy what makes a restaurant popular.
If you don't like cooking your steak then go to a steakhouse that charges much more.”

It literally was one of the best empanadas I had.
I ordered spicy bbq chicken empanadas and HOLY MOLY, the filling was so rich and I like their dough (crust) wasn’t too much.

My husband also got his two empanadas (i dont remember what he got) but I had a bite of them, they are GOOOD.

I would def come back here for some good empanadas😍”

“Food is super delicious. My kids loved the Pho, and so did I.

But the Star is the rice plates. Highly suggest ordering an extra egg sunny side up. Soooooo good.

One minor suggestion. Cook the eggs such that the yolk is way more runny.

Service isn’t 5 stars cos they are slammed. Honestly. Don’t think they can do anything better to keep up with the crazy crowds.”

“I’m literally in Louisiana while my daughter is living near this area. It was so important for her to get a specific cake that she has been wanting for years on her 25th birthday and Heather made it happen!! The cake looks absolutely amazing and I could not have asked for it to have turned out more perfect than it did!! I’m so impressed and I wish I could give her more than 5 stars on this!! Taking into account there is no dedicated kitchen space the food menu is very crafty and well done for a light breakfast with your drink

The community dedication & location along the river & bike paths is by far my favorite draw!

10/10 stop if you’re passing through on I-70 & need a break or staying in summit county on vacation.”

“Delicious sandwiches, fresh ingredients, decent sized. The first time we ordered, the sandwiches were great. The next time we went, the sandwiches were rather soggy, but next time I'll just ask for the dressing on the side.

Despite them being busy, they were professional and fast. We made an error with the order pick up time over the mobile app, called them, and they said no problemo and accommodated the change in pick up time. When we arrived, it looked like they had 7 or 8 well-trained employees working quickly and efficiently. Great customer service despite being slammed. We'll be back again soon!”
