“Recently renamed the Hangry Horse Eatery, this is a hidden gem inside The Sport Stable in the new Superior Town Center. The eatery had a full bar and and excellent kitchen with a pizza oven. But that's just the beginning, it's surrounded with viewing for basketball and ice hockey and actually houses golf simulators too. The roll up 'garage doors' offer balcony views of the town center and the front range beyond. Go there once and you'll be back again and again.“

“My wife and I celebrated our 9th anniversary last night and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. From the moment we walked in every staff wished us a happy anniversary. Our garçon was kind, funny, and extremely attentive I wish I remembered his name but he was a young black man maybe mid 20s? Absolutely the best. I was getting cold and he brought me a shawl and I am a notoriously messy eater and he brought me extra napkins. The food was superb. We had a four course meal and eat meal looked like a work of art. The food tasted like an the Demeter the Greek Goddess of harvest made it herself. Overall 10/10 would recommend. Coming here is our new anniversary tradition.“

“Went here for the first time today for a breakfast for lunch meal and was blown away!! Absolutely delicious!! The biscuits and gravy is what I ordered and it was not your normal old school biscuits and gravy. The gravy has more meat, sausage and bacon, in It than you would get in an entire breakfast elsewhere, the biscuits have cheese baked in them and are huge, eggs and potatoes were cooked perfectly, and the house hot sauce was delightful. A must try in the north metro area.“

“The experience was wonderful! Drinks were great, food was fantastic! The sunchokes were my favorite part and were absolutely delicious! What a unique dish! The gnocchi was good, but not better than any other restaurants gnocchi. The salmon dinner was out of this world! Lamb chops were good as well, but not exactly what we were expecting. They were cooked almost like pot roast, but was very delicious and super tender. The only part of the meal that was less than underwhelming was the chocolate cherry dessert. It was dry and gritty, and not fudgey like most other chocolate tortes I've had. Would have gone with another dessert if any others were gluten free.The service was excellent and fun, and the drinks (and drink suggestions) were on point! I had the burger which was perfectly cooked to my order and incredible. It's a simple burger that lets the high quality beef speak for itself. “Westy's is such a cozy family cafe. My fiancé and I have been coming here for years, and even after moving out of Westminster. The food is always flavorful and good. Even if something is wrong they never hesitate to make it right. The service is excellent. We will continue to travel back up to Westminster to come here!“

The service is fast, efficient, and friendly, the food is great and served in plentiful portions, the prices are very reasonable (especially for Boulder) and you always feel at home even though it’s usually crowded and loud.Parking: At peak times, there aren’t usually spots available in the lot and you have to instead park on the street. Often, it’s necessary to park a block away. At off-peak times, parking isn’t an issue.“

“My daughter and son-in-law moved here last year and I spotted this location during one of my many trips to Ace Hardware... after a few days of moving and working on their new home, we treated ourselves to a night out and instantly fell in love with the atmosphere, the food and the service. “We enjoyed our evening at Nissi's completely! The service for food and drinks was very good. Our table ordered a burger, red trout, salmon, and wedge salad with grilled chicken. It was very tasty!! I'd recommend the red sangria, as well. All the staff were very friendly. The highlight was the concert by FACE vocal band. Incredibly good entertainment! “This is a review of the brewery tour. We were told to refer to the beer guide as Joey "Hot Sauce", so I will refer to him as such under my own discretion. This was by far one of the best beer tours that I have ever received. This brewery tour was a journey that embarked on being casually informative backed by unrelenting enthusiasm. Joey is a very relatable guy that you can easily mistake as your best beer friend since he is a quick-witted connoisseur who makes any Q&A session enjoyable. This facility is neat, organized, and even contains a fermentation lab tucked away upstairs to tease onlookers that whoever is in there has a much better job than you might. I feel like the beer selection is ever-changing and adapts to the crowd that meets it. Couldn't have asked for a better beer tasting hosted by none other than Joey "Hot Sauce".“

“What a phenomenal and unique experience we had at the Aspen Lodge! The atmosphere, music, service, and food all exceeded expectations. If you love Christmas, you have got to check this place out. Likewise, if metal music makes you smile, I'm sure you will get along great with the friendly and welcoming owner whom we had the pleasure of visiting with. He is also the chef, and we were delighted by the perfectly charred steak and melty cheese he served up in our philly cheesesteaks. There are a variety of more European foods in the menu a well. Our Gyro plate and appetizer were incredibly flavorful! Everything was served hot and delicious. “The best wings in denver by a good mile. I was surprised by the crowd in this place when we got here and the wait time for wings was matching the crowd. However, the time for getting the wings was way quicker than they said and they came out perfect! The crowd led to a 10/10 atmosphere and the perfect vibes for ruthlessly digging into a plate of saucy wings.They weren’t shy with the celery or carrots either! The garlic Parmesan wings are next level, I am deeply looking forward to the next time I get out to Westminster. Soup of the day was tasty while the burger on the soft brioche bun was made at the perfect temperature (medium for me) and the signature dessert (24 Carrot Cake) was scrumptious. “It was cool to revisit Jax Fish House after many years away and be reminded of just why they've been such an important pillar of Boulder's restaurant community for decades. The bright and breezy atmosphere is just as welcoming as ever and our jovial server handled our table of 8 with ease. Everything from oysters and mussels to the calamari and craft cocktails were truly firing on all cylinders. A couple of missteps were present however; as the peel & eat shrimp were quite tough and rubbery, while the gumbo cheese fries need a complete reimagining. The gumbo (although delicious) is much too watery at the bottom of the plate and make the fries too soggy to be enjoyable.These small complaints hardly necessitate lowering the five star rating, as human error must always be taken into account and no kitchen is infallible. Their ongoing efforts in championing sustainable seafood should never be left out of the conversation, though it unfortunately is at so many similar establishments. Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar is simply some of the best seafood I have ever found in Colorado, and has been for decades. That kind of consistency isn't just rare, it's virtually non-existent in the restaurant industry. Load me up another bowl of chowder please.“

“We came here for a birthday breakfast due to the hostess saying there were many vegan options. However, the “plant power” section is exclusively vegetarian, not vegan. Luckily, our server Nicole was phenomenal and had personal knowledge for what could be made vegan. We had a tofu scramble with avocado, mushrooms, and peppers. We also had the tacos with a lot removed and avocado and soyrizo added. Finally, we had the vegan pancakes (already vegan on the menu, not in the plant power section). We all enjoyed the dishes, especially the pancakes (including the non-vegans).I might come back for food, but I do wish they would have clearly labeled vegan options here. It’s Boulder, it’s 2024, so having more than one option that is clear and doesn’t require a lot of customization and guesswork to make vegan would be awesome. Beyond that, the service and environment were exceptional.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian menu and there are great vegan pancakes. Overall, not the easiest place to eat vegan. I’d recommend asking for Nicole’s advice if you need help eating vegan here.“

Their banana bread french toast is their staple and to die for, everyone is obsessed with it! “Great breakfast spot. There was no line when we got there on a Saturday morning (rare for Boulder) and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Food was awesome and loved the mix of classic breakfasts and Mexican options. Pancakes were HUGE and really tasty. Breakfast enchiladas were well worth it and we will be back to try more.“

“This restaurant is delicious! 10/10. It’s healthy, uses real ingredients and it adorable inside! You can order online, in store or sit down and dine in. The atmosphere is bright, upbeat and clean. I got the chicken enchilada bowl and avocado hummus and both were phenomenal; especially after hiking in Rocky Mountain National park for 3 days. This rejuvenated my body, provided the essential refuel energy I needed to tackle the next hike! Highly recommend trying this spot and also recommend dining in since it’s adorable inside and the staff are phenomenal and friendly!“

Have to say I think I enjoyed (sharing) a gorgeous fresh salad with baby lettuce, feta, pecans, pickeled onion & probably a couple more additions the most. My plate had a little pulled pork and a couple slices of beef brisket- the sauces were awesome and the slaw was terrific. A lot of food, but they have to go containers so enjoyed the meal twice- in the best way!!Loved the warm sunny outdoor eating area arranged around a fire pit resembling a camp fire. Picnic style tables have umbrellas, so you have option of shade. And there is an enclosed tent in case the wind or temperature is a little less welcoming. Also enjoyed getting to love on some well behaved, leashed dogs!All in all a great place to go!Vegetarian options: Wonderful salad at the BBQ truck as well as an amazing mac & cheese and SO NOT your typical slaw. Wish I had taken pictures. Vegetarians will definitely be happy- yes, even at a BBQ truck! L.R.'s chef skills will make you think you are dining at a fine restaurant- not a food truck! SERIOUSLY!Parking: Just drive down & around that long building and there is plenty more parking at the back.“

“I could not have asked for a more memorable night for our 50th wedding anniversary dinner! Our children and grandchildren were with us, which made it a table for 12. The manager, Haley made sure EVERYTHING was special for us, table set beautifully with candles glowing and away from the rest of the restaurant for our privacy. She introduced herself and saw about us throughout the evening. Becca was our server and was very friendly, patient, attentive and very helpful navigating the menu with us. The chef, Lindsey came out to meet us and took time to visit. This I find unusual and a great thing to do with patrons. Now some about the incredible food: We ordered two Bruschetta Boards to begin! Three different with amazing bacon fig jam (addicting)/aged cheddar on one, walnut pesto/goat cheese on one and prosciutto/heirloom tomatoes, asparagus on another. Some of us had their French Onion Soup. My husband said it was the best he ever had and that's big because he gets it every where! Several side Caesar Salads were delicious. Entrees: Most of us got the Bison Short Ribs which were absolutely delicious, tender with a die for sauce! Our granddaughter got the French Dip and loved it with its caramelized onions and a French Onion Jus. Our Son-in-Law said his Lamb Shank was so tender and full of flavor. He said he had never had lamb this wonderful! Our daughter ordered the Rainbow Trout and she loved it along with the Asparagus Goat Cheese Risotto. Our Son Ordered the Rib Eye/Coffee Rubbed. He said that it was the BEST steak he had ever had! Now that is a BIG statement coming from someone who has had a lot of steaks in his life especially in Texas and world traveler! The younger kiddos had hamburgers and fries and of course loved those. DESSERT!!!! The Chocolate Cake was passed around and was totally decadent to say the least and adding their wonderful coffee left us reeling! Four of us had the Hibiscus Crème Brûlée and this did not disappoint! None of us had ever had any Crème Brûlée like this! Unuasal and amazing! I almost ordered a second one! I'll go back just for it and their perfect coffee! Drinks: Four Roses Old Fashion was a hit with several, Grey Goose Martinis and we ordered two beautiful bottles of their Santa Margharita Rose Champagne...I'm in love with it. AND Famille! Wish I could post my pictures! ALSO...A BIG note to the gorgeous hotel! Our family was totally amazed at the large comfortable rooms they had during their stay. Special touches that the staff left in their rooms added like no other hotel! WE'LL ALL BE BACK!!!“

“This is a cute small business owned diner we stumbled upon on our way to Red Rocks. Its cute inside, staff was very friendly and the food, while typical diner food, was very good. There was a good menu selection. After we had been seated we were told the cc machine was down and we would need to pay with cash or they could call us later for cc info. I wasn’t comfortable eating and leaving without paying so I asked if I could Venmo someone and the owner was onsite and allowed me to Venmo her. Might seem strange and it was but it worked and I added a tip and included our servers name so she knew who to give the tip too. I love that Snooze has so many healthy and vegan options so there's something for everyone. Picking up food is always a breeze and the staff's super friendly.There was 1 time when my husband and I both ordered the hash browns and got an upset stomach; we pinpointed it to the hash browns because every time we'd pick at it throughout the day, our stomachs started bubbling. We thought there was something dairy in it, but couldn't figure out why that day, the hash was causing some GI upset. Outside of that one-off, everything's been great and anytime we feel like treating ourselves to a nice breakfast, we grab some grub here.“

“I love this place so much it is my First Stop, First Watch on the weekends. Service is impeccable- staff are incredibly warm and friendly. Make sure to ask for Maggie Edmark! She is one of the best servers that works there. As I am usually there with my wife, they make me feel welcome like family. They never rush you. “I'm a regular at the Erie location. As others have commented the food is good, but the REAL magic at the Erie location is the ladies running the front house. They are the BEST.They keep the clientale returning every night.Kim runs a tight ship and it shows. I won't try to shoutout everybody, but (to name a few that I've seen in the past day) Lynn, Amber, Annia, Noelle, Renee, Kayla, Courtney,... killing it!My only complaint is that there are some weird rules that seem to be hurting morale and could lead to turnover. For example staff aren't allowed to drink there (no shift drink, nor even if they are off and are paying customers). This means that if I want to cheers a drink after shift then we have to leave. Dugout is fairly close, but still it's annoying and imho is bad for business. Hopefully they fix that.“
