“Let me start by saying I made the mistake of visiting Boulder Baked, nearly across the street from Crumbl to try them out. It was awful. Cookies are made to order and baked so allow at least 15 minutes. We were handed the hot.cookie smooshed in wax paper and partially melted. It was more of a volcano cake then cookie. We immediately went to crumbl and were blown away by flavor, value, and presentation. Skip BB, go to Crumbl“

“We have lived in Superior for a very long time. We go to Sonic every single day for two drinks and whippie puppy cup. Just have to say that Caleb and Nick are by far the best thing ever happen to this Sonic. They see our car pull up with the pup hanging out the window.... “I'm visiting Denver from Chicago and after dinner with friends we decide on a whim to get ice cream. The closest shop? Sweet Cow - Highlands! Do we know anything about it no? Nope. Does it have gluten free, dairy free? Yep. Cool, let's go. So off we go... First of all, we arrive at an adorable clean little shop where literally everyone is happy and having a good time. The tunes are jamming. The line is moving. It's a great space. We get to the counter. The staff greeted us enthusiastically, asking what can they get us. I have no clue. literally everything sounds delicious. I'm in choice overload panic. Zoe (give her a raise) asks if I'd like to try something. You know I would love to! What's my limit? I'm thinking 2... if I'm lucky 4... Zoe says (and I kid you not), "Wanna try all 24?" Wait, what?! I can do that?! Should I do that?! Another nice staff member with beautiful red hair whose name I didn't catch (so sorry) says "You can, and of course, you should." I mean, twist my arm. I'm in! I'm escorted out of the line to the little counter bar where Zoe provides a cup of 24 little wooden spoons in a cup and a cup for when those 24 little spoons get used. She then cheerily and patiently leads me through a delightful taste test of 24 of the most delicious ice cream flavors I have ever tasted in my life. I dislike berries, but even all the berry flavors were good. I'm not vegan, but the vegan flavors tasted like non-vegan ice cream. They even had a Gatorade sorbet that was out of this world refreshing. Zoe didn't rush me even once. She seemed to be having as much fun as me. Trying to narrow down the selection afterwards was excruciating, but it was so worth it. Everything was excellent. The customer service, the product, the experience... I would without doubt, one hundred percent recommend this shop to everyone who comes to Denver. It is a must visit right up there with the mountains. Truly. Unequivocally. 5 GOLD STARS, 2 THUMBS UP. LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.“

“Wow - I wish we had found out about this place sooner! As a devotee of fine European chocolates, I can say that Chocolatarie Stam is legit. If you don't think there's an enormous difference between US and European chocolate, you've never had authentic European chocolate. Our favorite chocolates of all time are from Leonida's in Belgium, but Stam gives them a run for their money! Their gelato is top notch as well. It's worth a drive to Lafayette just to sit in this beautiful, atmospheric shop and enjoy some delicious sweet treats.“

“This is legitimately the best italian ice I've come across in the state of Colorado. Most places just do the shaved ice where it's plain ice with sugar liquid squirted on top (then it all sinks to the bottom). This is the real stuff where it's uniform in flavor and super soft like ice cream. Wish there were more like this around.“

“I went here because I got a birthday coupon for an ice cream and I decided to treat myself. I ordered using the Cold Stone app, which was absolutely flawless. When I arrive, I'm told they are out of BOTH flavors I had requested in my creation. I accept their substitutions and go on my way. (The guys at the counter made me a little extra to make up for having to substitute.) Anyway, I got my follow-up email from the restaurant manager and I let her know about my experience. She wasted no time in acknowledging the problem, apologizing for the error, and making sure they made it right but giving me my next creation free. This is the kind of customer service that is absolutely disappearing from the marketplace. Once upon a time, this was how ALL businesses resolved their customer issues. I don't know who decided this practice was a bad idea and should be phased out, but they should be shot!

In my opinion, there is nothing that makes a business really shine to me other than the level of customer service they are willing to commit to. What you will find here is that level of customer service from way back when it was still a valued and appreciated part of any business interaction.

Parking: Right in front. The storefront is in The Alcoves shopping center with Safeway on Arapahoe.

Upon employee recommend I tried the Ferris Brieller and I didn’t know “pesto jam” is a thing (still not entirely sure what it is...) but it is AWESOME. By far one of the best things I’ve put in my mouth— hands down. I just started working at CU and I can already tell this place is going to make a gluten out of me.“
