Pizza Restaurants near Telluride

“We visited Telluride in January. Brown Dog is not ordinary pizza. It was extraordinary-I’m completely ruined for pizza anywhere else! We’ve talked about this place countless times since our visit 8.5 months ago. The service was great (I believe our waitress was named Becca) and out of allll the great places we visited in Telluride and Mountain Village, this was the place we’re still talking about. Highly, highly recommend! I don’t know if I’ll ever get back to Telluride, but if I do, you’ll find me at Brown Dog Pizza!“

“We are visiting for the TFF and staying in the plaza. We arrived for dinner on Sunday (8/31) around 6:15 and seated immediately. While it seemed rushed at first we understood there was only staff seating and serving. We had a light Oder of a pizza and antipasti…both of which were very good. Yes, there were minor faux pas but overall the staff did a really good job. I understand quality staff is hard to find…. But the few moving and grooving tonight did a GREAT job and the food was great and we had a wonderful experience…and I hope the managers see this and commend the staff this evening.“

“Baked in Telluride is delicious. We went for breakfast and they had it all. Chorizo breakfast burrito was really good. We tried a few of the pastries and they were excellent. The dining area isn’t huge so I’d recommend going early. Good coffee as well!“

“I came in to drink a few beers on Christmas Eve while my wife and baby caught up on some sleep. The staff were super friendly and service was excellent. I brought a slice of pizza back and my wife said it was the best she'd ever had. High praise from her.“
