My wife and I have been enjoying their great food since I first saw the taco truck at Wads and 64th a few years ago, perhaps late 2022. After trying our plates for the first time that night, we were amazed that I went back to order more, but it was closing. Ever since, we always crave to try different menu options. It was just as good as the steak. Bahn Mi sliders were nice thick little patties. Not smashed patties. Green chile cheese fries were the best thing of the day. I added chicken to them. Fries were hot and crispy and stayed crispy all the way home. Still crispy. They are not Colorado green chili fries fyi. This is chopped roasted fresh New Mexico green chile. Delicious! Just don’t forget to tell him it’s Togo if you don’t plan to eat at the picnic tables. I forgot and that was my bad. But he boxed it all up for me straight away. Flavors were authentic. “If you’re looking for authentic Thai food in downtown Denver, you need to check out Liang’s Thai Food on 16th Street in Weltman. It’s a small booth tucked into a grassy area with other food stands, and honestly, it’s one of the best Thai spots I’ve tried.

Here’s what makes it special: there’s literally one person running the entire operation. He cooks your food, serves it, and handles payment—all by himself. I showed up during the lunch rush, and I was amazed at how fast he worked. Orders kept coming in, but he knocked them out one after another without breaking a sweat.

I ordered the drunken noodles with beef and asked for them spicy. Let me tell you, they actually delivered on the spice. My nose was running, my eyes watered a little, but I couldn’t stop eating. The flavor was incredible. The vegetables tasted fresh and crisp, and you could tell he uses quality ingredients. Everything just tasted real and homemade.

The best part? It only cost $13. That’s a solid deal for the portion size and quality you get.

A couple things to know: they only take cash, so come prepared. But the setup is actually perfect for a nice day. There are little tables outside where you can sit and eat. I got lucky with beautiful weather, so I enjoyed my meal in the sunshine.
