“What a little hidden gem of a place located on the UCHealth Campus. I found the restaurant by doing a Google search of brunch places close to my location (near the airport). The Common Good restaurant popped up and a group of five neighbors decided to try it. We were all pleasantly surprised of how good the food was, our server (Francisco) was very attentive and we enjoyed our brunch on their patio with plenty of room and umbrellas to shield from the sun. Inside the hotel, appears to be a nice quiet bar so we will be back to try their cocktails and dinner soon!!!!“

“Be aware they are now charging a “service charge”. It’s was not noted on the menu nor did the server inform us of the charge. The only reason I found out is I requested a printed receipt. The receipt recommended an additional tip be between 2-7% on top of the charge. Yet when I paid the machine prompted an additional 15 or 18% tip so I tipped 18 even tho our service was bad cuz I use to be a server. The unfortunate part is I didn’t look at the receipt for over a week after I visited. I’m very disappointed that I’m being charged a “service fee” and at no time was it ever brought to my attention that this is a new thing.“

The chicken liver toast ($10) is not only gorgeous, but also delicious and full of different textures. Their Texas toast is made with high-quality heirloom grains, which I also thought was cool.

Popcorn chicken ($10) was fantastic! Juicy inside, perfectly crispy on the outside, but not too crunchy or overbreaded. Highly recommend any of their fried chicken dishes after having that!

The sashimi platter was beautiful and tasted great, but at $26, I’d honestly pass on this next time and get sashimi at a sushi spot.

The dry-aged half duck was sooooooo good! Perfectly cooked and so much flavor, even in the purple lettuce leaves on the side (not sure exactly what they were). It’s the most expensive main at $78, but considering the quality and that it is easily big enough for two, I’d say that’s reasonable. I’d love to try the pork chop char siu next time ($65) — and their wagyu short rib is only $58 (all these are meant to be for two people).“

“I love going to McCoy's.
It has become one of my regular stops on Sundays. Sometimes, even on Saturdays, we usually have breakfast. But they have a great menu with lots of options, there is something for everyone. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs.
We also went there for Thanksgiving dinner, and their Thanksgiving dinner was the best. This has become one of my favorite places to eat.

Vegetarian options: I am not sure about their vegetarian options. But the staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have about the menu.They are also very willing to change anything. I am allergic to eggs. And when I get breakfast, I just have them omit the eggs from any of my dishes. And they are happy to do it.

Kid-friendliness: I haven't seen very many kids or babies here. It looks like it would be kid friendly.“

“This is almost an experimental restaurant. There was a chef who was the waiter, greeter, preparer etc. The food, service, and ambiance were spectacular. It was tasting menu, no choices, i.e., varied menu BUT everything was amazing. The chef trained in a Paris Michelin 3 star and the food was that good. Wine pairings were expert! We were 1 of 3 couples, there are few tables, maybe 12, so the dining experience is always intimate. This isn't for everyone, but what a great dining experience.“

My family didn't want to pay for parking so we came here straight here from the train/AmTrack and they even gave us a spot to set down our luggage. The menu had Great variety and average cost was $8-15 per meal. I just ate the sunny side eggs and it tasted great. The French toast is also awesome and super filling I'm half full after 1 cut. wait time for food was 5-10 minutes and the eggs were perfect I just took the picture after taking a bite. Overall great place would highly recommend for a family to eat and expect to be full.“

You will not find a better pomodoro sauce anywhere unless your grandma is from Italy and has a long held family recipe. The pasta is hand made and has a perfect texture and amazing flavor with the sauce. The house made buratta is the freshest, creamiest and thickest you’ll enjoy outside of select NYC restaurants that are famous for making their own mozzarella, ricotta or buratta. Imagine my surprise when I entered the wine bar at Satchel’s with a group of friends to be seated for a wedding luncheon that began with the first of seven tasting courses of food that was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! Andrew, the chef/owner, is not only innovative with ingredients, but he and his staff really care about their customers’ pleasure and comfort. If I am ever able to return to the Denver area again, Satchel’s will be my first go-to destination. The luncheon was 1st class all the way.“
