“I came to Chick fil A for a chicken sandwich. What I *didn’t* expect was a life-changing experience orchestrated by none other than Jude the Mozart of a chicken sandwich.

From the moment Jude greeted me, I felt like royalty. Their “My pleasure” wasn’t just polite; it was a symphony of kindness that brought a tear to my eye. They handled my absurdly complicated order (no pickles, extra pickles on the side, 17 packets of Chick fil A sauce) with the precision of a brain surgeon.

Then, the food arrived. Was the chicken sandwich delicious? Of course. Did the waffle fries restore my faith in humanity? Obviously. But it was Jude who made me believe that perhaps, just perhaps, the world is still good.

By the time I left, I half expected Jude to don a cape and fly off to save another customer. Chick fil A, protect this person at all costs. Give them a raise. Or at least name a sauce after them Jude's Joy Sauce. Trust me, it would sell out.“

Our LCS members have always been HUGE fans of Sandos, Allie and her staff! Sandos is conveniently located a block away from us in downtown Loveland, and we LOVE the menu! Thank you for having the option to order party sized favorites to share. We will certainly come back for our next celebration!!!“

“Decided to scroll through some reviews before I posted my own. Yes, a couple not great. But let me tell you, we've been there once. Gotten take out 4 or 5 times now. Staff is always amazing and the food is always great. We've had most of the sandwiches and working through the salads. The sides are awesome. Just all around good food!!! And I definitely don't understand people saying portions are small? We usually share a warm sandwich with the side between 2 of us and save our salad for the next day and it also feeds 2 of us. Highly recommend. It's just all around good food!“

“Everything was fantastic! We visited on a busy Black Friday. I had the Tender Love salad with grilled chicken- it was delicious! - very fresh with lots of tasty chicken, hardboiled egg, bacon, tomato, onions and several dressing choices - it was a large serving- to big for me to finish so I had yummy leftovers. My husband & son had the chicken sandwich spicy & chicken strips medium spice - all was fabulous! The staff member (Lucky) & the Manager were both incredible; very friendly, helpful & attentive - checking in to see how we were doing & if we needed anything else. The restaurant was clean and bright. Overall wonderful dinning experience. Thanks again Lucky for all your help with the food selections/recommendations & for your A++ service. You're the sweetest.
Note; My son ordered the mac and cheese as his side, but they were in the middle of making a new batch and it was going to take a bit longer to make; the manager was apologetic & truly great about offering other selections & adjusting our order inviting us back with a free drink & Bogo salad next time. “First visit here. My wife at the burnt ends and was very good not fatty like a lot of other places. I had the brisket sandwich and potato salad. The brisket was very tasty and once again not fatty like other barbecue restaurants I like that they have a wide selection of barbecue sauces at your table. I like the Colorado hot mixed with the Kansas City barbecue sauce. They have a decent selection of canned beer service was very quick and friendly. We will be back soon.“

“We have been to La Luz many times over the years and everything we have tried is so tasty. All the food is great from the chile rellenos to the fish tacos, to the chicken tinga tostadas. My son loves the potato burrito and many of their breakfast items. La Luz is a Ft. Collins gem!“

“I don't usually comment on big chains, but without saying a word about it, Maddy convinced me otherwise.

The food exceeded my expectations, and I didn't even get pasta. The salmon was super-tasty and tender, the garlicked broccoli done to perfection. The dinner companions, all of whom actually did get pasta, thoroughly enjoyed their dishes. I don't eat much bread, but I found myself snarfing down those tasty breadsticks.

The service. Ah, yes. Here we go. Maddy was perfect, and I don't say that lightly. She was at the table quickly after we sat down. She checked on us often enough that we knew we were being cared for, but stayed away enough to let us have uninterrupted time together. She brought a refill for me before I had my glass finished.

Maddy had a constant genuine smile and beamed a positive attitude every second she was at our table, including while unloading a dinner plate tray that was bigger than she was. When I threw out lightly snarky humor, she was quick with a friendly and funny rejoinder.

I wish we could clone Maddy for every restaurant in the country. Seriously, I'm old, and I have never had better or more enjoyable service at a restaurant.

“We order from Cava often and almost as often their are glitches between staff, attentiveness, product supply and poor timing for orders. Tonight was no exception. We were on the far northwest part of town before 7pm thinking "we should order Cava now so by the time we drive to the location it will be ready!" We used the app and ordered 5 different meals. The app said ready at 7:15pm. We arrived on time but our order was no ready. I went in and was asked for the name on the order. At 7:21pm I was told "we're just starting your order." This has happened before. It may be helpful to use a system that accurately provides useful information. We waited another 10 minutes and took our order home. Mine was the Chicken Right Rice subbed with lamb. I got the same thing a few nights earlier and also on a previous order. At home I opened my dish to find not only was there barely any Right Rice but the pickled onions I selected were not included. I'm getting really tired of the lack of attention and service. Cava is losing me and my family's business.“

“What a great spot. We had fun eating here. Their servers were fun to chat with and made great recommendations. I’ll usually get a burger as a staple entree to compare quality and I think this is hands down my favorite burger in town. My wife got a pasta dish. They make their own pasta and it was absolutely phenomenal. Well worth the money and if you’re able to sit on the patio you’re sure to have a great time. What a great addition to Old Town.“

“I did a large online order for ~40 people, and somehow selected 11:45pm, rather than AM. At noon I called in to make sure that the order went through. The employee who answered my call saw the problem right away and pushed the order through. Within 40 min, we had the pizza delivered to our door for 40 people. “Great grab-and-go lunch option at CSU campus. The portion size for a salad is a little bit small though considering the price (a little bit over $10). The taste is great. The ingredients options are a little bit limited and I basically order the same thing every time. Still my favorite place for lunch on campus since it gives you an overall balanced meal with fiber, protein, and vegetables.“

The place has just reopened so they’re still figuring out the best way to wait on guests, but our waiters were very sweet. A few menu mishaps (some things were not labeled GF correctly), but our waiters asked the chef for clarification. Drinks were yummy.“
