Our LCS members have always been HUGE fans of Sandos, Allie and her staff! Sandos is conveniently located a block away from us in downtown Loveland, and we LOVE the menu! “We order from Cava often and almost as often their are glitches between staff, attentiveness, product supply and poor timing for orders. Tonight was no exception. We were on the far northwest part of town before 7pm thinking "we should order Cava now so by the time we drive to the location it will be ready!" We used the app and ordered 5 different meals. The app said ready at 7:15pm. We arrived on time but our order was no ready. I went in and was asked for the name on the order. At 7:21pm I was told "we're just starting your order." This has happened before. It may be helpful to use a system that accurately provides useful information. We waited another 10 minutes and took our order home. Mine was the Chicken Right Rice subbed with lamb. I got the same thing a few nights earlier and also on a previous order. At home I opened my dish to find not only was there barely any Right Rice but the pickled onions I selected were not included. I'm getting really tired of the lack of attention and service. Cava is losing me and my family's business.“

“Great pizza but insanely overpriced. There is no magic ingredient in pizza that should make it more expensive. Pizza of higher quality in the North shore of Boston (Faucis, Super Seven, Peter's) absolutely wipes the floor with Tony's, at less than half the price.“

“We've lived in Fort Collins for nearly 20 years and been loyal to Blackjack for as long as I can remember. The food, service, and delivery time have always been great.
This particular order had a pint of ice cream included. Unfortunately, there was a mishap when prepping the order to leave the store, and the ice cream didn't make it with the delivery :( Bummer right! Wrong-who should swoop in and save the day, Grahm our delivery driver that's who! Not only did he apologize profusely, but he took it upon himself to drive to the nearest supermarket to purchase a pint of vanilla Bluebell and bring it back to our house. Stellar customer service!“

“normally I recommend chicken fil a. today was a very different story. I ordered at 1.00 pm not much of a line and used gift cards to pay I always do. the girl couldn't run more than 1 card her machine jammed. my bill was 23.87 first 10.00 gift card went through she couldn't do any more payment so I had to go to the window they couldn't find the order causing the line to back up. then all you saw was panic. the person handing the food out the manager or line lead. the girl brought her tablet up they found the order ran my 10.00 card then my 8.20 card for a total of 28.20. the told me I owed them 5.24. I said it already accepted 10.00 you owe me 5.20 they said you have your food go on so we can get the line to move again. as they were trying to get the payment done they had 2 girl running back and forth delivering the food to the cars behind me. I was not impressed with the panic mode lack of training and the fact that they couldn't realize they owed me money. so I left for good. good bye“

“Great grab-and-go lunch option at CSU campus. The portion size for a salad is a little bit small though considering the price (a little bit over $10). The taste is great. The ingredients options are a little bit limited and I basically order the same thing every time. Still my favorite place for lunch on campus since it gives you an overall balanced meal with fiber, protein, and vegetables.“

The place has just reopened so they’re still figuring out the best way to wait on guests, but our waiters were very sweet. “we called to get 2 grinders on the deal of the week. The gal told us 50-60 minutes. My husband got there and it was over 90 minutes until he got the food. No apology, nothing. Then they forgot the Italian dressing. Nobody seems to care. Find a good management team and turn this ship around! I told him to leave and go to Noodles but he had already paid. They didn't hesitate to take his money right away.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but after tonight, I had to. Jess and Dan completely transformed what would’ve been an average dinner into something memorable. From the moment I walked in, they both greeted me with genuine smiles and made me feel like a regular (even though it was my first time at this location).

Jess was quick, kind, and super knowledgeable about the menu—she gave amazing recommendations (the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese with grilled chicken was a game-changer). Dan was on top of everything behind the scenes, keeping things running smoothly and delivering the food hot, fresh, and fast.

What stood out the most was how well they worked together—professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell they care about the customer experience. I left full, happy, and already planning my next visit.

“I've come here for many years because of the sip club drink membership. For $15 a month unlimited coffee tea and cold drinks. When you sign up on their website usually the first three months are only $5. It's a great deal. I don't like the flavor of the coffee particularly but with unlimited refills and self-service you can't beat that. Nice people come here. There are many church and Bible study groups that meet here. I don't particularly like the food and I rarely eat here. The Wi-Fi is reliable. And you are right next door to the Council Tree library. Council Tree Panera also has access to four other Wi-Fis that come to the store from Dazbog the Public Library and two others.“

“My partner and I absolutely love Noodles and Co. It was one of the places we frequented when we began dating. We recently moved nearby this store and we were super excited to try it out. The majority of the time, we have either gone in or picked up food in the evening. We have never had any issues and it has been fantastic. However, we went in around 2:30 today and they messed up my order. This normally wouldn't be an issue, however after my partner went up to explain, they spoke poorly about us while still in earshot. Overall, it's a very good place but I will be avoiding going in during the daytime unfortunately.“
