“I would just like to clarify firstly for the business that I had put my name on the list to wait for a table and my name is “Bri”. When I went inside, I tried telling the gentlemen that I was just called for a table for 2 for Bri. I think he had mistaken that I had said a table for 3. I felt so bad because the lovely lady had a table ready for us already and there was just a slight confusion. I truly felt so bad realizing that the two words sounded pretty close to being the same.

ANYWAY, the sushi here is amazing! I will 100% be returning as a loyal customer, the yellow tail was absolutely amazing. Don’t listen to the reviews. For someone who misses my brother every day in Japan and always looks for a genuine Japanese sushi restaurants this is the spot to hit. Please take the chance to go and try their food. “Vail Brewing Company is a local brewery for me. As a result, I've visited many times. Always a good experience. Their beers are excellent. I can recommend this without reservations, as long as you understand this is a very casual experience. No food is available from within the brewery. There is a taco truck outside. It's totally permissible to bring the food into the brewery.“

“Oh.My.Lord! Amazing!!! We went for dinner 12/5 while up at Vail. Charles, one of the managers, was thoughtful, checked to see how our experience was…it was second-to-none! The restaurant is beautiful, love the open kitchen, the staff—kind, informative, attentive. But the food! Next level!! The pork shank is the best pork I’ve ever had . . . wow! Charles told us the lengthy process it takes to make that, so delicious! The clam chowder was exceptional; they smoke the clams before putting in the chowder. That slight smoky flavor made this the best chowder I’ve ever tasted!

“We had a good lunch here! We went on a Sunday and it wasn’t too busy for lunch. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and my friends got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the chicken passion sandwich (I think that’s what it was called! It came with like a plum sauce). It was exactly what I wanted and the bread specifically is amazing! Had a local feel to it. The plum sauce was good too. It is sweet, but not too much and goes well with the chicken (or the fries!)

Please have a conversation with her and you will see she’s actually a very nice woman and has been in this business for many, many years along with her family and they are also very nice people. She was making us laugh so hard today! I think we all need to keep in mind that everyone has a story and maybe to ask questions and have conversations with people rather than immediately coming up with an opinion. Just my two cents. And for those of you that say they won’t go back because of their interaction with her, it’s definitely your loss.“

“The Bully is usually fantastic. Unfortunately this time was kind of a disaster. We were running about 15 minutes behind. I tried calling the restaurant MULTIPLE times however no one was answering. I then received a cancellation notice just before we arrived at 15 minutes after our scheduled time. Ugh! When we walked in, at 17 minutes past our scheduled reservation, the host said sorry, I didn't have a phone at the host desk so you can't reach us. Therefore we cancelled your reservation. We waited another 40 minutes and were finally sat. The server seemed irritated by us likely due to some negative feedback from the host. Too bad. I've eaten here literally hundreds of times. Hopefully they can get things back in track since this is usually a wonderful spot.“

“Wow, one of the best restaurants on Vail mountain! For starters, this restaurant blew my mind away, especially it being 2 miles high! The pulled pork was so tender, the ribs were some of the best that I have ever had, the sauce is the bomb, and the prices were reasonable for Vail! Pro tip, use your epic pass if you have it, it will save you a drastic amount of money!
