“Im always skeptical of hotel resturants, but me and my wife ate here after a long exhausting day and got the lamb ribs, split a chile and ordered the bread service.

Pro tip, the butter that comes with the bread service makes everything better. The serving on the lamb ribs was very generous for 2 people, and the chile complimented the bread and cornbread well and really stretched these appetizers in to a good meal for 2 at only $40 total!

For all of the above, they won The Best of Summit award in 2022 and also in 2023 in the categories of best vegetarian food, best pizza and best wings in the county. “Best Sushi I've had in my entire life. People complaining about the discoloration of the rice have never had sushi made with Red Vinegar. This gives the sushi an amazing depth and flavor. The Sushi here has huge chunks of fish in it, and is super reasonably priced. (Especially for Breckenridge) Please understand this is a small, family owned establishment and many people make reservations in advance. Unfortunately this amazing spot will be closing in September, please come try it while you can!“

“Rita’s • Agave Y Tacos was absolutely fantastic! The tacos were packed with flavor and easily some of the best I’ve had in a while. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and made with care. The chips and salsa were also amazing — the salsa had great flavor, and the spicy salsa definitely brought the heat in the best possible way. Spicy enough to make you sweat a little, but so good you keep going back for more anyway.

The service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. “A must-stop every time we head up to ski.

Pho Bay 2 has become one of those places we hit every single time we are in Silverthorne on the way up to the mountains. At this point, it is basically part of the skiing routine.

You absolutely have to try the chopped beef pho. It is one of the most unique and delicious bowls of pho I have ever had, period. The flavor is incredible, the broth is rich and comforting, and the chopped beef gives it a completely different texture and character than your typical pho.

Everything is always satisfying after a long day in the mountains, but that chopped beef pho is the reason we keep coming back again and again.

If you are passing through Silverthorne, especially on a ski trip, Pho Bay 2 is absolutely worth the stop.“
