This TX family loved the queso and salsa, and I had the hot steak enchiladas and my wife and son shared the chicken fajitas.“

“Im always skeptical of hotel resturants, but me and my wife ate here after a long exhausting day and got the lamb ribs, split a chile and ordered the bread service.

Pro tip, the butter that comes with the bread service makes everything better. The serving on the lamb ribs was very generous for 2 people, and the chile complimented the bread and cornbread well and really stretched these appetizers in to a good meal for 2 at only $40 total!

For all of the above, they won The Best of Summit award in 2022 and also in 2023 in the categories of best vegetarian food, best pizza and best wings in the county. In addition, the owners and employees are excellent people who always worry about maintaining the best quality and the best customer service. “Courteous waiter approached us as soon as we walked in the door. Drinks delivered within two minutes (we never ran out). Table of 4 each ordered something different and we all commented on how excellent the food and service was. We are visiting from Texas and for sure will be back before we head for home! It literally was one of the best empanadas I had.
I ordered spicy bbq chicken empanadas and HOLY MOLY, the filling was so rich and I like their dough (crust) wasn’t too much.

My husband also got his two empanadas (i dont remember what he got) but I had a bite of them, they are GOOOD.
