“Attended a function in the Club House Restaurant, very comfortable atmosphere, food was good as well. One hint, the entrance is deceiving for anyone not familiar because it's located within a gated community. Almost thought we were at the wrong address until we spoke to the gate Gaurd.“

“What a nice place! Hidden gem. I drive by this restaurant almost on a weekly based and finally had a chance to have a nice dinner with my girlfriends yesterday. Food is amazing, drinks were fantastic and our waitress was super nice. I highly recommend this place. The restaurant is about 8 years old but building itself was established in 1757. It’s like dining at the museum. Loved it!“

“This place was beyond amazing. I have been here personally for food with friends before but never for an event. I used this place for my 2 month old baby’s baptism luncheon. (On st Patrick’s day) Shannon, the event manager was absolutely fabulous to work with. She even followed up with me after her first email since I have a terrible memory and forgot to reply to the first outreach. She made the whole event super easy and seamless. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that. I am a new mom with a 2 month old so complicated processes will never get done. Shannon made everything super easy and friendly. She was available by phone and email. Any questions I had she comfortable to ask and when I changed the salad she made it seem like it was nothing. I cannot say enough great things about her. (P.s this place was extremely well priced too for absolutely FABULOUS food) The day of, we were 30 minutes early and the room was all ready for us and let us choose whether to be in the room or hang out at the bar. Jackie was our waitress and she was amazing! I am a neurotic mom who can’t remember anything and she totally helped me out. When I was walking around talking to guests she brought the drinks to me. She was beyond professional, kind, helpful and nice to all of our guests and us and our family. We got TONS of compliments on Jackie and the food. We got the bronze package and replaced the salad with a Cesar salad, the chicken plate, steak and pasta bolognese. Delicious! They were the perfect portions and super tasty. Again, we cannot say enough great things about Jackie! We had extra people show up and within moments she had spaces created for them. She and her team were great and I hope she knows how wonderful she made the day!“

Absolutely the best blue cheese I’ve had that complimented the sauce. The tater tot poutine however was phenomenal. A cheese pull in every bite. Dare I say it was better than what I had in Canada. Lastly, the Harry’s Butterbeer drink was so good I wish I had more! My only gripe was I was told it was going to be a 45 min wait, I left my phone number to be texted. I wound up waiting almost an hour and a half and never got a text. Apparently their system glitched and said it sent, but was not the case. I however was seated immediately after explaining the situation.“

“I really enjoyed my visit to Union Kitchen. The place was empty when I went so service overall was prompt and efficient. Kyle, my server, was exceptional and provided top notch service throughout my visit. I started with spicy chicken wings with the trufallo sauce. think these wings were smoked. I like my wings grilled. They were good just not excellent. The house burger was very good but it wasn't big enough to justify price. The brioche bun was sweet and soft. The caramelized onions were delicious. The shoestring fries were great. How do you go wrong with shoestring fries? I had a drink from the bar but I forgot what it was. A lot of crushed ice and not a lot of alcohol. I was disappointed in this. Overall it was a fine early afternoon dining experience before my show“

“Been going here for over a decade, and Harvest remains the best breakfast/brunch/bakery in the area. They have fresh baked items in the bakery case daily that are priced reasonably, and their scones are THE BEST with great flavor and spot-on texture. Dining in, I always enjoy the Farmer's Benedict with a side of fresh baked sourdough toast. I prefer my eggs poached hard, and they gladly accommodate this request. On top of the most amazing food, the friendly staff, great service, and a cozy atmosphere makes every experience dining in a pleasure!“

“We had my daughter’s baby shower at Lola’s. From the start of booking until the day of the shower. So easy to work with. The day of the shower, we were greeted with such warmth and truly our waitress for our party, Becky, was fantastic. Catered to our every need and was so beyond helpful. She worked very hard and was so pleasant! The food was amazing and plenty of it! Guests went back for seconds! Becky even went above and beyond for my mom who couldn’t eat something and prepared a new one just for her. Truly a gem of a place! “Last night we went to dinner for the first time at the 110 Grill- it was such a wonderful dining experience! As someone with celiacs sometimes going out to relax can be quite anxiety producing as I worry for cross contamination and getting sick. Walking in I was asked if anyone in my party needed a gf menu- they asked me! I never had to ask which was the first amazing point as normally I have to ask and half the time restaurants barely have one. Second wonderful moment was the super larger and delicious gf menu. It was all so accommodating. We indulged and got the calamari as an appetizer which came out with an allergy tag on it and the server noted it was gf. It was such an anxiety reducer as I normally question things and triple check with the server and kitchen if things really are gf. Finally, I got the fish and chips. Similar to the appetizer it came with an allergy tag and the server noted it was gf. I also was able to get more or less onion rings as my side. The servers were friendly and kind. It was all so yummy and just such a great celiac friendly experience! We will definitely be back!“

In a very lively area.
We got the :
-Cowboy burger itg side of fries - good burger,the bacon was super crispy
-Ahi tuna burger with a side of calslaw- surprisingly juicy and the seasoning was delicious.And the slaw was very tasty
-Buffalo shrimp - just YUM
-Egg plant fries - not my favorite,was a bit too oily,the bayter is too heavy for the eggplant
Washed it ll down with a vanilla milkshake

“I haven't been there for probably twenty years. My ex wife's grandmother would take us there. I decided to bring my almost adult children there. A very old school restaurant. You get the choice of soup af the day or salad. I was a little apprehensive ordering the chicken marsala. Many times I have let down eating it without the marsala flavor. I know how to cook. The wine has to be reduced by 3/4 to get the taste. I asked the waiter if they did indeed reduce it. He told me yes. I wasn't disappointed with my selection. My son ordered a New York strip. Me was satisfied. I was happy to see his hony mustard was only used for his fries. My daughter ordered something Italian. Not sure what it was, but it was like 3 servings. A restaurant that has been in business for many years. This tells me that they are doing something right, as with our dinner.“

My only issue and the biggest reason we most likely will not be going back is they do not have or offer a kids menu and were not very accommodating to kids. I understand it’s fancier place to eat but I was very unprepared when I had my son with me not knowing they did not have a kids menu. He ended up eating French fries for dinner and I had to go home to make him something else.“

“First time in Newington and my first time at Steve’s Place! I stopped in for a quick lunch during an unexpected break in my day, looking for a classic Connecticut sandwich shop—and this place did not disappoint.
The staff gave me a few recommendations, and I went with the chicken cutlet grinder. It was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving.
What really stood out, though, was the service. I’m not sure of his name, but I’m guessing the owner or manager came out from behind the counter, sat with me, and chatted for a few minutes. As a first-time customer, I’ve never felt more welcomed.
