“Common Grounds in Branford is my “Go to” every day after my workouts. I meet with friends for coffee and spirited conversation, and see a lot of people I know….and I always make new friends! “I just went to DD and I dropped my phone in the driver drive-through and there was a Spanish kid in the drive-through that picked up my phone off the ground and he was so helpful. I didn’t catch his name. However, I tried to call Duncan to talk to a supervisor to let them know that the kid in the drive-through was wonderful and his customer service was awesome, however the person that picked up the phone doesn’t speak any English and it was very rude. It was some lady and I don’t know her name but she was very rude. Other than that the dunkin is OK.“

“I always use my mobile app to order. I like racking up the points and being able to order just how I like to. The staff is always very friendly and gets my order ready for my arrival time. Never any issues.
Parking: Small parking lot that can be very difficult to get in and out of. I highly recommend going through the drive through at this location.
Kid-friendliness: They have a small area for seating and I have seen people having breakfast with their kids there. They keep the establishment clean and bright.“
