Sometimes on the weekends the parking lot is packed full, so if you enjoy their food, it may be better to simply call ahead. However, there are a few inaccuracies on their this Facebook website. First their current hours are posted as "always open", of couse this cannot be true in the least bit. “The places you find!! We had a few mintues to kill after a 5k and were hungry. We checked out The Bagel Deli. It was awesome. The strawberry cream cheese had giant peices of strawberries. We also ordered the Cardiac breakfast sandwich, it was fantastic. Both the dudes working were cool as well. If you are near Canton CT this little place is worth your time”

“I went into Giv for the first time this morning to pick up some whole bean coffee, have an Americano, and experience a proper cafe/roaster for the first time. The staff were incredibly friendly and really seemed to be enjoying the work that they were doing, which made the whole atmosphere super welcoming. I ordered an Americano which was incredible, and looking around definitely gave me confidence that the other drinks were equally good. They have a good selection of whole coffee beans and I really appreciated that they had some pour over gear from Hario (Switch and V60 kits, plus filters). Being able to pick those up locally and support a local business rather than Amazon is a huge plus. 10/10, I hope to become a regular there.”

“We had Ben and Jerry's Catering CT come as a surprise for my niece's graduation party and it was a massive hit! Our server was wonderful! The ice cream was delicious and the toppings were perfect and plentiful. We've had ice cream trucks in the past and this blew them out of the water! I highly recommend! 5 stars!”

“Last night we went to dinner for the first time at the 110 Grill- it was such a wonderful dining experience! As someone with celiacs sometimes going out to relax can be quite anxiety producing as I worry for cross contamination and getting sick. Walking in I was asked if anyone in my party needed a gf menu- they asked me! I never had to ask which was the first amazing point as normally I have to ask and half the time restaurants barely have one. Second wonderful moment was the super larger and delicious gf menu. It was all so accommodating. We indulged and got the calamari as an appetizer which came out with an allergy tag on it and the server noted it was gf. It was such an anxiety reducer as I normally question things and triple check with the server and kitchen if things really are gf. Finally, I got the fish and chips. Similar to the appetizer it came with an allergy tag and the server noted it was gf. I also was able to get more or less onion rings as my side. The servers were friendly and kind. It was all so yummy and just such a great celiac friendly experience! We will definitely be back!”

“Cake Gypsy has been around since 2009 and was founded by Deanna Damen. They're known for their custom cakes and approximately 50 different flavors of cupcakes. They also offer vegan and gluten free options.

I've been to both the Avon and Canton locations. Both great and had so many delicious cupcakes. This one in Canton offered cannolis, candies, chocolate covered oreos, and of course cupcakes.

Once you walked in, you have to fill out a form letting them know what kind of cupcakes you want. There were a handful of tables and customer service was good. I chose 6 different cupcakes to share with my family and it was all fantastic.

They are closing this Saturday November 8th, 2025 and I'm really sad to see them go.”

“November 2024 - Looking for a new Chinese place, we chose the Chinatown Restaurant in Canton. Checking out the online menu, some details were left out about some of the items, so I called before a family member picked up our takeout.

Very helpful, it sounded like the Chef himself as he was busy cooking, he told me they only had one dumpling, not a choice of vegetable or pork. They put both together. He also said the House Lo Mein consisted of shrimp, chicken and pork.

Our takeaways were as follows:
The egg roll and shrimp roll had the same crispy wrapping and were both good. The spring rolls were not to our family member's liking as they had what all of the Chinese places around us currently have which is a paste of some kind in the center. I will have to try these myself to see what they mean.

The wonton soup was very good. The right temperature, wonton dough not too dense, filling was pure and the broth was flavorful.
Their dumplings were also cooked expertly, but one family member found the combination unsatisfying as there wasn't either enough meat or vegetables to their liking. The rest of us enjoyed them, though I realize if you're a vegetarian you cannot get dumplings here as in other restaurants where they make both.

Mains: The winner was General Tso's chicken. I never order it, but so many people do and it always seems like a winner overall. The serving was plentiful, the chicken was tender with a soft coating and a little broccoli on the side, which is common with this dish.

The beef and broccoli also had tender meat, a good sauce and was a good portion size. The only negative was the broccoli stalks were too long and undercooked. A large container of well cooked white rice came to share with this meal and the Tso's chicken.

The House Lo Mein did not look anything to me like what I would get in California, but even after so many years back home in CT, I'm still adjusting to these differences. What looked like a container of brown noodles with a little bit of addons, I asked, is this mine? Yes, was the response as everyone was happy to run off with theirs. Fortunately, it tasted better than it looked presentation wise. Still, I could only have two servings before giving the other half away for someone else's lunch the next day.

Our favorite thing we all agreed they did the best with this order, was their House Fried Rice with an added egg. Perfectly made with shrimp, chicken, pork, the egg and some fresh peas.

Plenty of fortune cookies were included in the bag, along with chopsticks and a variety of sauces. They do have indoor seating. Maybe six tables? The owners are very polite and accommodating. Open six days a week basically 11Am - 10Pm. Closed Mondays and most holidays. Plenty of parking as they are within a small shopping plaza.”

“I went to this location tonight, before heading to Sundown and I was impressed. Im used to the Hartford Dunkins where they mess up your order and decide to give you what they think you should have vs what you request and pay for. My tea was made perfectly how, I wanted it. I will be back when I go back to sundown. The lady at the window was nice too! Thanks Dunkin on Albany Tnpk :) the little things in life that make and dont break good moments are meant to be shared and rejoiced.”

“We came here on a warm spring day after lunch nearby. The store was very cute and clean. It was a little confusing at first on where to enter to order; there were two aisles leading to the counter. There were a few tables inside and outside. The service provided by the employee was friendly and quick.

I had the churro ice cream on a waffle cone; omg, that was so good and tasted like cinnamon toast crunch cereal in milk (as the employee had described). My toddler had the marshmallow sky ice cream, which had marshmallow and chocolate chip cookie dough; he loved it of course. The prices were steep but it was worth it. We ate our ice creams outside on their patio. I really enjoyed my visit and will be back on another cheat day!”
