“The entrée in question was the Carbonara, featuring pasta, pancetta, peas, and a creamy sauce, likely made with egg yolk and Italian cheese. The dish was prepared with high-quality ingredients, resulting in a rich and creamy flavor. However, I found myself reaching for the salt shaker, expecting the pancetta to provide the necessary seasoning. The abundance of peas further contributed to the dish's under-seasoned taste, overshadowing the pancetta's natural saltiness. My suggestion would be to reduce the number of peas and increase the pancetta to balance the flavors better. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I can't justify giving this Carbonara a four-star review.“

“Everything about this restaurant is wonderful! The atmosphere is comfortable and beautiful, all the servers are very friendly and attentive and the owner Jake is so personable, professional and you can tell he cares about his business and the food is always 10/10“

“Pavilion is absolutely one of my favorite places for great food at reasonable prices. Spaghetti with their homemade meatballs (fabulous), Ranch wrap (huge & awesome), Steak & Cheese grinders (delicious) and the Pizza....Awesome!! They even offer homemade Cheesecake that is the best I've ever had. If you haven't tried yet, definitely worth your time.“

“We drive about half an hour for their pizza because it’s always consistently great. I have food allergies, including dairy and gluten, and we’ve ordered many pizzas here without any issues. Their gluten-free crust is excellent, and I’ve never had any problems after eating it. The staff are very friendly, always remember our orders, and take careful precautions to ensure my food is safe.“

“Great place to eat - good food usually. We got takeout over the weekend, and the Chicken Piccata was good, but why does it need to be so salty?? The saltyness was overwhelming - I wouldn't get that dish again. Very disappointing.
Dietary restrictions: Lay off the salt a bit!“

“MY FAMILY BROUGHT ME TO DINNER FRIDAY 3/29 AND I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE, TIMING OF FOOD AND ATMOSPHERE. I WAS A LITTLE DISSAPPOINTED IN THE SCALLOP ENTREE THAT STATED SEA SCALLOPS AND I RECEIVED 5 QUARTER SIZED SCALLOPS THAT SEEMED THIN FOR SEA SCALLOPS. I WAS A BIT UNDERWHELMED IN PORTION BUT COOKED PERFECT! A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE. WILL RETURN.“
