“The bakery offers a big variety of cookies, and pastries which are very tasty! The apple cider donuts are among the best I have ever had. The cupcakes are good, however the cupcake frostings are flat and lack flavor. Everything else is so tasty at this bakery - I think the bakers definitely have the talent to improve their frosting recipe.“

I explained how many people I was hosting and that I didn’t know what or how many to order. They were unbelievably patient with me and told me they would take care of it. And did they ever!!!! I needed a cake in a hurry. I called and they not only answered my call but they came above and beyond. Cake was sweet but not too sweet. It was moist and fluffy. The crème was smooth and soft. It served more than I was told it would. Just a pleasure.

Saw so many examples of exquisite and imaginative cake designs created for display that are truly ingenious and often based on the clients most treasured experiences. She created my own wedding cake for my first wedding and it went on to win awards for that design as well. “Costco: how do I love thee? Let me count the ways (just for the bakery). At Thanksgiving they have great pumpkin pies for a truly miniscule price you get a humongous pit! They have bluberry muffins (and other kinds too but we get bluberry only) that are double the size of anyone else anywhere and they are loaded with blueberries and they are like half the price of anywhere else. They have great baguette bread. They now make what they call frenchcountry loaf which to us more closely resembles Italian style crusty bread which we love. For birthdays and special occasions they custom make cakes. They have all types of pastries and cheese cakes and you will love it!“

“I bought Ruffles Potato Chips at BJ’s Wholesale Club in Waterbury, CT Tonight 1/1/2023 @ around 5:30pm and both bags were Cross Contained probably from the factory with something VERY SPICY‼️ Felt like first time I tried Chinese Mustard and at first a little zest so I opened the 2nd bag noticed first few chips then the chip I ate ran to kitchen to spit it out it was SO HOT ?? ? and I still can’t even rinse it off with Hot Water so from me to you AVOID THESE CHIPS until Frito-Lay tells us what happened. “Elizabeth's Bakery now has some GF items. Today I tried their GF blueberry muffin & brownie. The muffin is amazing! It didn't taste GF at all. Lots of blueberries, not overly sweet like some GF baked goods; great texture -not gummy at all; and a wonderfully big muffin like it's gluten containing counterpart. The brownie is soooo fudge! It is not gummy at all. Tastes just like a gluten containing brownie (well at least what I remember them tasting like). These are so much better than any GF brownie mix & better than any recipe I have made at home. It's been years since I have been able to purchase a great tasting GF item at a bakery. Thanks Elizabeth's Bakery for including a few GF items on your menu.“

“I first saw Moon Rocks Gourmet Cookies at a craft show at the High Plains Community Center. I tried a sampler of six (out of the eight available) flavors: • Traditional chocolate chip • Salted caramel • S'mores • Cannoli • Blueberry lemon • Orange creamsicle The other flavors were oatmeal raisin walnut and peanut butter chocolate chip. The six flavors I had were absolutely amazing. The cookies were light and flavorful, absolutely delicious. They make gift baskets too, so you can share the goodness. Highly recommended.“
