The chicken sandwich lunch special at Cafe Deux is amazing. I ordered the sandwich twice this week on wednesday and again on friday as it was that good !!! The chicken sandwich has a slight spice flavor but not too spicy and the garlic aioli sauce was such a great pairing with the sandwich. I really hope the chicken sandwich transitions from being a lunch special to being part of the main menu at Cafe Deux :)
Definitely ask to try any of their mixed drinks especially the lavender martini which is a great drink for the summer :)“

Not only breakfast items but yummy looking salads and paninis as well! Really small cost indoor seating area and a small patio seating area make this potentially better for take out than dine in. “Love this place! This is my go-to spot for lunch with friends and family. I highly recommend the grilled peach ricotta toast, the hot honey chicken sandwich, the everything pigs in a blanket, the crispy brussels sprouts and any of the smoothies. YUM!

The fresh mango they used for topping was the best I have ever had. I wonder where they buy their mangoes. Very convenient location, on the avenue. “Very juicy chicken — tender meat, well cooked, with a crispy crust on the outside and soft on the inside. Nothing is dry; you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The bun was a pleasant surprise: soft, lightly toasted, doesn’t fall apart, and absorbs the sauce perfectly without becoming soggy. The sauce adds richness without overpowering the chicken. Everything is well balanced — it feels like a thoughtfully made, high-quality sandwich, not just fast food. I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it.“
