“Amazing, tiny Polish grocery packed with all manner and variety of Polish goodies. The 2 workers there were most helpful and pleasant. Fun to browse and try new things or find favorites for friends and family. The parking is on Rte 34 and a bit tricky but can be done.“

“My husband stopped in on his way to work and couldn't say enough. So we went back together. Fantastic sandwiches!
We have had bacon, egg and cheese and sausage, egg and cheese. We always get a hashbrown on it.
Cooked perfectly every time.
Crisp bacon. The sausage is not greasy at all.
They give you a couple of eggs.
You can either get it on a roll or a grinder. Both are Fantastic.
Prices are so reasonable.
Great people.

We look at them as grandparents, but they also look very young. They are very respectful torward any culture, doesn’t matter. “Randomly stumbled upon Gaetanos in Westport yesterday when looking for a place to get sandwiches before my son’s baseball game. Having grown up in Belmont Little Italy for the first 22 years of my life I was skeptical about the “Arthur Ave style..” claim on the sign. Well I can tell you they delivered and then some! Was warmly greeted, handled samples of delicious cheeses and more. They were too skeptical when I said I grew up on Arthur Ave but once we started chatting they knew I wasn’t BSing. Saw familiar faces and reminisced about life on Arthur Ave. The owners are warm and kind - the real deal keeping it true to the Arthur Ave spirit. Dare I say they might even do it better!! I can’t say enough about the excellent food and service. If I ever find myself in Westport again I will certainly make a visit! Aside from my son’s team’s win, this nostalgic experience truly made my day and made me feel like I was back home in the Bronx when life was more simple. And yes, everything we ordered and sampled was delicious! No skin on the eggplant and bread from Addeo - doesn’t get any better!“

“A really good deli spot in Bridgeport. They have awesome sandwiches and soup options. They also have a breakfast menu as well. The lunch spot is no frills, a bunch of trackers to eat your lunch but the staff is really friendly and it’s the type of place when you come in, they remember your name.“

Every explosive bite is better than the next and you can actually TASTE the love. 10/10 would highly recommend. Although, be sure to watch out for tiny short man as he literally does the opposite. His sandwiches are filled with hate and resentment. I’m not sure why he is always so mad at me and my friends but I won’t deduct a star for his lack of kindness. “So I typically have a great sandwich here, but the other day I placed an order over the phone for my grandfather’s birthday, and when I showed up too early to pick up the order I thought I heard they didn’t have one type of meats for the ‘Sweet Italian Combo’ (of course my grandfather’s sandwich, out of all of them ordered). I thought nothing of it as nobody said a word to me from behind the counter. Grabbed the orders and paid, get home and it was a grilled chicken sandwich with ham (random combination) BUT was labeled as the Sweet Italian. It all made sense now, and I was not mistaken from what I heard. The Provy Brother’s would of never of pulled that ‘stunt’ and would have been transparent that they did not have the available meat(s) for the sandwich instead of making whatever they decided AND labelling it as the requested sandwich when it was not. Yes, the sandwich was still good, but imagine my grandfather’s surprise on his 86th birthday that his favorite sandwich he ordered from his favorite sandwich shop was not what he ordered or wanted on his special day. Please don’t EVER do that again to anyone. That was messed up and you all know what you did. And yes, we will give you all another chance as your sandwiches are always great. Just please be honest to your loyal customers.“

“Steven's Deli makes a FANTASTIC buffalo chicken sandwich!!! My coworkers and I are never disappointed when we order sandwiches from here! They post their specials on Facebook daily, and offer an awesome variety of meats, toppings and options. I'm always impressed by the flavor combinations they come up with, especially since their specials change daily rather than weekly. The folks behind the counter are polite, kind and efficient! I don't believe they have fountain drinks, but the selection in their fridge is pretty inclusive. Thanks everyone at Steven's! I'll always look forward to that buffalo sandwich and sauce!“
