“I came to Subway to pick up an online order and didn't see my order on the pick up rack so a young man asked if I needed help. I had ordered a few hot subs and the staff actually kept it warm on top of their oven. I was very thankful and impressed by the staff here at Ellington Subway! Thank you again!“

“We enjoyed our meal. While there we observed David dealing with a customer. An item was missing from the customer's order. The customer started to get rude and obnoxious with David. David acted in a very professional manner. He returned with the omitted food item to the table, and apologized to the customer. Kudos to this young man.“

“Hands down BEST CFA in the area! Food always comes out hot, fast, and delicious! Staff is friendly and frequently see the owner’s presence in the restaurant.

Aside from the above, there are several things that set this CFA apart from the rest (Chicopee specifically):

1. I consistently see the owner, Colby passionate about their business and working to inspire their staff - including witnessing him train and provide orientation for the new staff where he maintains a genuine positive and upbeat attitude every time

2. This CFA frequently offers special events and/or rewards (Sunrise surprise, Bingo nights, Offers to try new items, etc)

3. They actually provide you with the number of sauces you request and never short you

4. Lunch/Dinner items can be ordered during breakfast

I could go on, but you get the point. We will be back!“

“Chick-fil-A is another fast food spot that delivers exactly what it promises. I may not agree with the company owner on everything, but I can’t argue with the quality of the chicken—it’s always solid. The food is consistently good, the staff is friendly and upbeat, and the place is always clean. I’ve never walked into a dirty location, which says something. Whether it’s a sandwich, nuggets, or those waffle fries, you know what you’re getting every time. Reliable, quick, and just plain good.“

“I'm visiting from out of state, and I like to find places to eat that I don't have back home. I love loaded fries, so this was a no-brainer for me. I ordered the taco fries without jalapeños. The service was great, the presentation was gorgeous, and the taste was excellent. The fries themselves, aside from any toppings, are thick-cut, earthy-tasting, legitimate freshly-made from handcut potatoes. The toppings were generous and flavorful, and didn't taste generic or store-bought. 10/10 would recommend, and I hope to eat here again on future visits to the area!“

“The food that I ordered was so good! I just wish they could add and serve a mayo dip like ketchup. I am crazy about eating fries with mayo. They did put mayo on my cheeseburger, but I asked for a mayo dip cup, but I didn't get it. I don't know why. Hmm, but I hope that they can serve the mayo dip next time. :-)“

“I see a few negative comments. I have to say, I've been coming here since they opened. I always thought grilled burgers were better. I may have had a problem here and there but most times everything goes smooth. They have better everything. I remember when McDonald's got caught having dehydrated onions and soy in their all beef burgers. I always could taste that onion I hate them. But this burger king is good. I've seen the manager work right with the help. When they did make a mistake they quickly fixed it free. As far as mask's go. Well some people just don't like it. I don't believe they didn't serve one customer but served the next. Buisness has a right to take precautions. If you don't like it. Go to McDonald's ?“

“I was already craving Jersey Mikes the other day but then saw a post last night of the owner supporting his employee that was celebrating 1 year sobriety and donating to the cause. I happened to be in Longmeadow for my sons practice the same night I saw it… and although not the day some proceeds will go to the cause, I must say, it was the click that said “get jersey mikes tonight” ? I just find that to be so wholesome and empathetic of the owner to recognize his employee for this accomplishment and be publicly vocal & proud about it. The employees have always been top notch for a “fast food” joint. I’ve always been impressed by the friendliness. I think this store is really well run by what I’ve seen and I obviously love love love the food! Just earned enough points for a free sub, so I will be back again soon. ?“

“Update, July 22 2025, I've stopped by two days in a row and the young gentlemen named Mark was awesome. A friendly, funny, welcoming gentleman. He really made my experience more than just grabbing fast food late at night. I commend his professionalism and hope the company does too, because he deserves it. Amazing customer service and truly knows how to make people feel like they should be coming here. Thanks Rockville McDonald's!“

“The new dining room is open to customers. They've removed the blue half circle bench and gone with country rustic. Butcher Block tables with black metal accents. The carpet is gone and tile in its place. Sight lines have been opened further.Drive through is quick. Ordering from the inside counter is the same. Meals come out quick & fast. The service team works well together and takes pride in their new surroundings, keeping them clean.“

“Just what it says, Tasty! Small convenience store but carry a pretty good selection of products at reasonable prices. Fresh coffee, sandwiches made to order, hot fried chicken made daily...

Parking: Easy parking also handicap accessible .“

“Erica! I was just in there to order a double and frys and nuggets. She then gave me the best option for my particular order. Not a big deal unless u compare it to other cus service workers. Then I watched her help two more people and give them prices off the top of her head that she's memorized for like every sandwich. Well done.“
