“I have never eaten at a chick fil A before. My girlfriend wanted something quick to eat and we decided to order online and pick it up. The professionalism I witnessed at this particular location when I walked in was outstanding. I have never before seen such an orchestrated team effort. I never understood the hype behind this food chain, but I must say if all locations are run in the same manner bravo.“

After getting attitude from the noodle location next door who gave my friend attitude because he ordered 15 minutes before close.

I called Quinton and his team 3 minutes before close, and without hesitation Quinton delivered me a 5 star experience.

This is AFTER Quinton put in a 12 hour day!!

“I'm visiting from out of state, and I like to find places to eat that I don't have back home. I love loaded fries, so this was a no-brainer for me. I ordered the taco fries without jalapeños. The service was great, the presentation was gorgeous, and the taste was excellent. The fries themselves, aside from any toppings, are thick-cut, earthy-tasting, legitimate freshly-made from handcut potatoes. The toppings were generous and flavorful, and didn't taste generic or store-bought. 10/10 would recommend, and I hope to eat here again on future visits to the area!“

“I was already craving Jersey Mikes the other day but then saw a post last night of the owner supporting his employee that was celebrating 1 year sobriety and donating to the cause. I happened to be in Longmeadow for my sons practice the same night I saw it… and although not the day some proceeds will go to the cause, I must say, it was the click that said “get jersey mikes tonight” ? I just find that to be so wholesome and empathetic of the owner to recognize his employee for this accomplishment and be publicly vocal & proud about it. The employees have always been top notch for a “fast food” joint. I’ve always been impressed by the friendliness. I think this store is really well run by what I’ve seen and I obviously love love love the food! Just earned enough points for a free sub, so I will be back again soon. ?“

“I see a few negative comments. I have to say, I've been coming here since they opened. I always thought grilled burgers were better. I may have had a problem here and there but most times everything goes smooth. They have better everything. I remember when McDonald's got caught having dehydrated onions and soy in their all beef burgers. I always could taste that onion I hate them. But this burger king is good. I've seen the manager work right with the help. When they did make a mistake they quickly fixed it free. As far as mask's go. Well some people just don't like it. I don't believe they didn't serve one customer but served the next. Buisness has a right to take precautions. If you don't like it. Go to McDonald's ?“

“The new dining room is open to customers. They've removed the blue half circle bench and gone with country rustic. Butcher Block tables with black metal accents. The carpet is gone and tile in its place. Sight lines have been opened further.Drive through is quick. Ordering from the inside counter is the same. Meals come out quick & fast. The service team works well together and takes pride in their new surroundings, keeping them clean.“
