“We enjoyed our meal. While there we observed David dealing with a customer. An item was missing from the customer's order. The customer started to get rude and obnoxious with David. David acted in a very professional manner. He returned with the omitted food item to the table, and apologized to the customer. Kudos to this young man.“

“Always clean. Fresh floewers on tables. Staff is courteous & efficient. Restaurant runs smoothly. Food is always hot and served correctly in timely manner, especially when using mobile order app. Parking lot can get tight, but always parking available near building. Love Chik Fil A Enfield.“

“This may have been the best service I've ever gotten at a Chick-Fil-A ever, and CFA has great service in general. Jazzmalie brought our order to us in the drive thru line, read through our entire order to make sure they got everything, gave us wet wipes (so thoughtful!), and even grabbed some extra salt packets for us when we asked. Absolutely amazing experience and we appreciated the extra effort and personal touch! Thank you!“

“I see a few negative comments. I have to say, I've been coming here since they opened. I always thought grilled burgers were better. I may have had a problem here and there but most times everything goes smooth. They have better everything. I remember when McDonald's got caught having dehydrated onions and soy in their all beef burgers. I always could taste that onion I hate them. But this burger king is good. I've seen the manager work right with the help. When they did make a mistake they quickly fixed it free. As far as mask's go. Well some people just don't like it. I don't believe they didn't serve one customer but served the next. Buisness has a right to take precautions. If you don't like it. Go to McDonald's ?“

“This picture does not do the sandwich justice but Tik Tok was right! I should’ve snapped a pic of the other half. More importantly, whenever I get a sub I love the works and getting all the toppings. Tik Tok threw this on my for you page and I had to try it. I got the Original Italian on rosemary parmesan bread. Top it Mike’s way then add mayo, dill pickle, hot chopped pepper relish, and jalapeño peppers. No, it’s not too hot! (At all). Don’t be scared of the peppers, just do it! You’re welcome. Disclaimer, the only reason I give the atmosphere a 4 is because I wish there was more seating but the quality sub makes up for it.“

“There is an amazing woman worker there named Salleah. I ordered 10 tender’s that came to I think over 20 dollars. I was with my girlfriend’s autistic son. I realized I forgot my wallet. Salleah looked over at my girlfriend’s son with a heavy heart and proceeded to hand me her bank card and said pay for your food. I couldn’t believe. I’ve never seen that before. I didn’t know what to do. Thankfully I forgot I went to the bank earlier in the day and still had the money on me. I’m still speechless from what she wanted to do for us. So her name is Salleah. She was at the cashier. She definitely deserves a raise or some kind of Recognition for what she was willing to do for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Salleah. He is still talking about it. Thank you!“

“Update, July 22 2025, I've stopped by two days in a row and the young gentlemen named Mark was awesome. A friendly, funny, welcoming gentleman. He really made my experience more than just grabbing fast food late at night. I commend his professionalism and hope the company does too, because he deserves it. “July 2019 - Every year we stop here on our way home from vacation. It is easy off and on the interstate but more important we have always had friendly service and the place is clean. They also always seem to be up to date with the decor, offerings etc. This year a super nice guy was on duty at 7:15 pm. Rush hour was over and the place was clean and tidy and he was just a nice, friendly person. We will continue to make this our yearly stop and recommend this McDonald's to families and travelers. Kudos.“

“I came to Subway to pick up an online order and didn't see my order on the pick up rack so a young man asked if I needed help. I had ordered a few hot subs and the staff actually kept it warm on top of their oven. I was very thankful and impressed by the staff here at Ellington Subway! Thank you again!“
