“We had such a positive experience here! The food was fantastic and it came out super quick, which was a bonus. Our server Mike was very attentive and made our dinner experience great! Evan was running around and taking care of what seemed like every table’s food! He was extremely polite and courteous, he made us feel welcome and ensured we had a good meal. 10 out of 10. The crispy fried catfish on cheesy grits was very crispy and juicy, but the grits had quite a few lumps. Service was lacking. Our appetizer plates and serving platter were never cleared. Improvements I suggest are to fill water glasses all the way up, not just halfway, ice would be nice too, and put salt and pepper shakers on the tables.“

“The good: Salads! Pretty big too. Portions are pretty good here for all dishes. Pulled pork mac attack is pretty good. Generous amount of chicken tenders, inside and outside seating, drink station, beer, and sports on TV.The not so good: Service is pretty slow. Even when its pretty empty. Tables can be dirty but in all fairness to the staff, I constantly see people leave whole tables full garbage and food for someone else to clean up. I do see staff cleaning tables. The problem here ( and in the park in general) is not enough staff.“

I had a great experience at LongHorn Steakhouse in West Springfield, where I ordered the Steak & Shrimp Combo with a Caesar salad and mac & cheese. From start to finish, the meal delivered on quality, flavor, and satisfaction.

The meal started with warm, freshly baked bread served with creamy whipped butter—simple but always a nice touch. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, topped with crunchy croutons and shavings of parmesan, a well-balanced start to the meal.

Then came the main course—a perfectly grilled sirloin steak, charred on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with Redrock grilled shrimp skewered and served over a bed of rice. The shrimp were plump, slightly smoky, and caramelized just right, with a side of melted butter for dipping.
