“2/8/24 around 3pmFood was amazing as always! The Grilled chicken salad was huge! Zucchini Fries were awesome! And the chicken Quesadilla was thick & delicious. Our Waiter was the best - checked on us, but didn't hover.Low atmospere score for this visit only - The only disappointment was that there were employees, possibly a manager, by the bar, that were speaking very loudly and bashing someone who either quit or got fired. One woman said " I sent her a nasty text, then blocked her." They were so loud & vulgar that they overpowered the conversations we were having in a booth by the kitchen. Very unprofessional!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get to the door.“
“This restaurant never fails to disappoint they are by far the best restaurant in West Springfield and they make you feel the most welcome too. B Napoli has Phenomenal margaritas, a relaxing upscale atmosphere, friendly staff and incredible Italian cuisine that melts right in your mouth each bite. The service here was above and beyond I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cannot wait to be back again. Recommendations: Get the spicy strawberry margarita if you come it's made the “right” way with no mixes and a fresh house made strawberry puree that's to die for, you will never wanna get a margarita anywhere else around here after enjoying one here.“
“This is one of my favorite restaurants! The food and staff is perfect. The ambiance has been really improved also. We take our family of two young boys, my wife and I fairly regularly. I enjoy the kebab plates, my young boys love the burgers and lahmacun. I've enjoyed almost everything on the menu, my favorites are the salmon kebab, the mixed grill, grape leaves, hyadari and pretty much all of the desserts! I love the baklava and Kunefe! There is nothing bad on the menu, the people are great and it is clean and well kept! Don't forget to get some tea or coffee! Saturdays can be really busy.“
“Our server was very sensitive to our food allergies/ challenges. She ensured we received food that was tasty and safe for everyone in our party.Dietary restrictions: Our server confirmed the allergies of each person. The chef tailored each dish to our needs.“
“I came here with my coworkers specifically looking to support a black owned business. After the place we originally chose was closed, we went to a fusion place but left because they were not serving the type of food we were looking for, nor they even acknowledge we were there for nearly 10 minutes. We then continued to search on google and found Auntie Adrienne’s which was just a short walk away! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with friendly and welcoming staff. They took the time to explain the menu and were patient, answering all of our questions. We were disappointed that there was no dine-in BUT the food was well worth it! We ordered the lemon pepper & sweet chili chicken wings, cheese fries, all the sides, and 2 desserts- banana pudding and strawberry shortcake. The food took a while before it was ready so we eagerly rushed back to the office to eat. Everything we ordered was awesome and so delicious! I took my left overs home for my daughters to try and my 9 years old said the wings were ‘fire’ lol. My older daughter took one bite of the smack-n- cheese and she immediately asked me where I got the food from and asked to get more. I wish I knew about this place sooner. I will definitely be going back!“
“The exterior is unassuming, to say the least, but the interior is warm and welcoming. We had the strongly recommended reservations and were promptly seated. Some lovely wines were forthcoming; I could not resist the "Prayers of Sinners and Saints" from Washington state, while my wife's Sella Antica Super Tuscan was superb. Warm bread and garlic oil arrived to whet our appetites. We celebrated her birthday with Pesce Del Giorno En Papillote (Sea Bass with saffron potatoes, herbs, lemon, capers, tomatoes, and olives) while I tucked into Braised Beef & Truffle Pappardelle with mushrooms, demi glace, and a touch of cream. Son wolfed the Spaghetti allo Scoglio with clams, mussels, white wine, garlic, and fresh parsley. We finished the feast with flourless chocolate cake, an apple tart, and raspberry truffle ice cream. The Trattoria features produce and products from local farms, and it shows. Very tasty throughout, and a wonderful way to celebrate any special occasion (or just the fact that it's Wednesday!)“
“We had made Casa Di Lisa our date night spot when we travel to Agawam! We aren’t locals, we travel over a hour and half. We come here twice a year and we are never disappointed around our meals! The food is great and the prices are amazing for the amount of food they give you. We usually get the chicken parmesan however I think I should try another dishes as looking around all the dishes look so good! They have a yummy dessert menu too! Every time I’ve been here there was a man singing songs in Italian which makes the place even more special!!! Excellent job to the staff team at Casa Di Lisa! We will return for another date night in the future! ❤️“
“Joy Bowl is a fantastic chain, and I'm extremely happy we have it in Western Massachusetts. Staff is always welcoming and kind, and will help you craft your bowl (either from their pre-set menu, or with the make your own bowl option). I am often shocked by how high quality their salmon is, and I absolutely recommend getting salmon and/or tuna in your bowl depending on your desire. My bowl usually consists of some deviation of:White rice, tuna, salmon, pineapple, seaweed salad, masago, tamago (Japanese egg), green onion, sweet onion, unagi sauce (sweet eel sauce), shoyu sauce, garlic topping, and tempura topping. They have a plethora of options, and you can build your bowl however you'd like!Their East Longmeadow location has great serving portions, especially compared to comparable poke establishments in the area (which can be up to 2x smaller for the same price).Establishment has consistently been clean and well-kept, and the location is newly built/renovated, so the atmosphere is lovely. Spacious area to dine-in for, though the take-out option (and delivery option) is also appropriate here (the quality here will not decrease if you take it to-go).Take note of their new bubble tea options, which they recently began offering at the East Longmeadow location. Western Massachusetts is in a bubble tea drought (with very few acceptable options), so Joy Bowl offering solid bubble tea is exciting.I frequent Joy Bowl often and their quality has remained consistent and fantastic since their opening. It's my pleasure to rate them 5*!Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian selection, especially considering the option to craft your own bowl. My vegetarian friends and acquaintances thoroughly enjoy Joy Bowl.Dietary restrictions: Plethora of options. Staff is friendly and will help you accommodate your dietary restrictions.Parking: Free parking lot to the side of and behind the establishment.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly establishment. System is remeniscent of Chipotle (craft your own order).Wheelchair accessibility: Joy Bowl is wheelchair accessible; entrance is up a soft ramp.“
“Great food and fantastic service! The fish tacos and onion rings are fabulous. Unfortunately they had to give up the space they once had but just park at River Valley co-op and walk in front through outdoor picnic tables and you will arrive at the cute Captain Jack Shack!“
“Gives family owned diner vibes. Food is made to order. I ordered a Kielbasa, Egg and Cheese breakfsst sandwich and it was so good. Their onion rings were hot out the fryer and delicious as well. Pretty cheap/reasonably priced aa well. Highly recommend as a breakfast spot ?“
“If you're looking for a fun bar to have a quick drink, alehouse. If you're looking for delicious food, such as their Mac and cheese, ALEHOUSE. This bar is a hidden gem in Springfield, and if you're looking to enjoy yourself wholesome, ALEHOUSE!!“
“What a great place. Even though I only live a short drive from here, I hadn't visited for years. My mistake. Even on a very busy weekend morning, we were seated promptly, and our order taken. The coffee was hot and delicious. Our breakfasts were exactly what we were expecting, and perfectly prepared. Service was attentive and I noticed the whole staff was cooperating to make sure guests were happy. Everyone was very friendly. Will definitely be back.Parking: Parking is easy.“
“Was looking for a change of food so decided to try Michael's. We ordered the Spicy Chicken Mississippi and The Soprano pizza. It was super fresh and delicious. Garlic on the pizza was perfect and the cream sauce on the pasta had just enough kick! Definitely ordering again!“
“Great place for prime rib and fish and chips,Becky the owner is great very acommodating with our party planning the foodIs always a hit with our guest. The staff at the buccaneer are awsome too.Parking: Never had a problem with parkingWheelchair accessibility: Love the ramp for the handicap“
“**A Winning Review for Max's Tavern**Max's Tavern holds a special place in my heart, and with every visit, it never fails to impress. Let me start by raving about their Baseball Filet ala Oscar – it's a culinary masterpiece that hits it out of the park every time. The combination of tender filet mignon, rich crab meat, and savory béarnaise sauce is simply divine. It's a dish I find myself craving regularly and one that keeps me coming back for more. Now, let's talk about the martinis. Oh, they are spot on delicious! Whether you prefer a classic martini or something with a twist, the mixologists at Max's Tavern know how to craft the perfect cocktail. Sipping on one of their expertly crafted martinis while enjoying the ambiance is an experience in itself.Speaking of ambiance, Max's Tavern nails it. The vibe is a perfect blend of swanky sophistication meets Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack meets The Sopranos. It's classy yet comfortable, with just the right amount of old-school charm. And let's not forget about the attentive wait staff who always go above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. And finally, let's talk about the staff. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. The entire team at Max's is genuinely welcoming, and it's clear that they take pride in providing top-notch service. As a former student at Smith College, Max's Tavern holds a special place in my heart. Every time I'm back in the area, I make it a point to eat at Max's – it's become somewhat of a tradition for me. And with each visit, I'm reminded of why I keep coming back. Max's Tavern is more than just a restaurant – it's an experience, and one that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable dining experience.“
“Wow! First time visitor. GREAT food, service and atmosphere. Tons of food and reasonably priced. Our waiter, Jorge V, was one of the best we've ever had. So nice, attentive and a hard worker, like the entire staff! We will be back for sure!“
“This place is a guaranteed great experience every time. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. The service is attentive, responsive, and personable. You are served big portions, I have take home each time. Love this place.Parking: The parking lot is always full and you have to drive in circles...but people are always coming and going.“
“Hands down had the BEST waitress ever, (I hope I am spelling her name right), Rizza, her personality added to making our experience even better.HOWEVER- the bartender (Saturday 3/2 night) had the WORST attitude ever! (I also bartend and waitress)She didn’t even acknowledge me while I was the ONLY person at the bar, I let it slide, after a few minutes the manager came over and asked if I had been helped, (mind you I was apart of a huge party in the back, and I arrived late, so I went to the bar to grab my husband , myself and our other 2 friends drinks, we are all over 40yrs old) she snapped back at me with the continued attitude, saying they needed to know who the drinks were going to. I replied I can go get their IDs, she said then told me you need to just order through your waitress. That’s fine and I understood, YET did NOT understand why I was getting SO much attitude from her.I can’t remember ever being treated like that from any bartender/server in my life.Point being, don’t go to the bar!!! And def ask for Rizza!!!“
“Nicer hotel restaurant that I thought. Good selection of food still has your premium on the price but if you're in a jam, it's not a bad place to go. Stays open late so it's easy to grab a bite. I had the wings and was pleasantly surprised.“
“It was ok overpriced for the quality of food, asked for a cheeseburger hot a hamburger asked for fresh jalapeños and got pickled canned jalapeños, had French onion soup was to much oil from the cheese and the was bland. Be thinking twice before heading back there.Parking: It's a big parking lot, and there should never be an issue parking here.Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible“
“We have a 8 hour delay today so we grabbed lunch here. I was pleasantly surprised. The Crab Cake was delish and my daughter loved her chicken sandwich. The caesar dressing wasn't the great but overall the best meal I've had at Bradley. Great music. Our server was on point too!“
“Ordered delivery. Arrived quickly, all meals were hot. We all had lunch specials which come with pork fried rice and a vegetable egg roll. All main dishes were tasty- sweet and sour chicken done with all white meat, general tso chicken also done with white meat and shrimp egg fo young, with brown sauce (usual have white sauce) but it was good. Vegetable egg rolls were not as fresh as we like. Overall, we enjoyed our meals and it was nice to order delivery. Prices and serving sizes were excellent. We would definitely order from here again.“
“The food is just good, lately I notice a change, the food is very greasy, the portions are the same though.. It just takes a long time to be delivered so I would recommend to pick it up.Another thing that I noticed is that hey always get my order right, I never had to deal with missing something or messing up my order like other restaurants. One thing I wish it was different is the cleanliness of the restaurants, the place looks old and outdated, it just gives a bad impression.Parking: No parking here, you'll have to park a few blocks away before theres never space, and theres a barber shop next to this place that takes all the parking spots in front of the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: no wheelchair accessibility or handycap parking“
“I hadn’t been to Take 5 in many years. We went last night for my Mom’s birthday. Party of 5 and at 6 PM we were seated and served right away. Peggy was our server and was so attentive with team support. Food was excellent with a great variety on menus. I hadn’t eaten there in years as we don’t live in the area any longer but we will be back when we come home to Agawam again.“
“It's just a typical Chinese oriental buffet restaurant I did not have any bad things to say about it food was okay plenty of it just the person making the sushi rolls and the make your own type of dish they weren't too pleasant kind of like I was bothering themParking: Parking is easy it's a large plaza“
“Extremely busy our last visit (another local restaurant had been temporarily closed). The folks at Angelin's stepped up their game and kept moving. Friendly with good portions.Parking: Parking can be tight. Especially with the added clients.“
