“Fantastic experience. The food is made with all fresh ingredients. They mix their own spices. The condiments are ground daily. The meat is brought in and cut daily. If they run out then they've run out. That's the price for fresh and authentic food. The experience is a wonderful delight. If you know Indian food, you know that they have it down. “I'm so glad my boyfriend made me go here. I thought it would be just like any walk in restaurant with mediocre food but I was so wrong! I’m an extremely picky eater and absolutely loved everything we got. This is also the first place I’ve been in a long time that actually had good salmon. They’re homemade dressing and marinate is so unique we went back in to buy a bottle after trying it with the complimentary salad we were given. 10/10 would go again!”

“Tenth Hole Tavern is the best spot for casual dining/takeout this side of Glastonbury. Their food is excellent and the staff really knows how to show the customers a good time. Kendall and Kelly are the nicest and are very accommodating. Not to mention the full bar, expansive beer selection, and wide variety on the menu. Some of my personal favorites include the chicken tenders (with their house made buffalo sauce), the buttermilk chicken sandwich, and the oven roasted turkey wrap. Don’t sleep on the brick oven pizza either. Tenth Hole Tavern has earned a special place in my heart❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“AMAZING. I saw a cake BBC made for a friend’s party, and it was so incredible and so delicious that I ordered the cake for my husband’s toga-themed birthday party from here. When the owner asked what I wanted, I told her to use her own creation, and I’m so glad I did. The cake was a true masterpiece with fig leaves, columns, frosting made to look like stone, and she even put his name on a plaque. It was a feast for the eyes, and all of our guests oohed and ahhed when they saw it. And it was DELICIOUS. I never saw a cake get devoured so quickly. There wasn’t a crumb left. This place will be our go-to for all of our occasions from now on. Simply amazing.”

“We have several great breakfast options in Glastonbury but Patty Cake’s is by far my favorite! Great sandwiches and service. Today my order had cheese by mistake so I went back about 20 minutes later when I realized it and the team was very accommodating and made me another no questions asked. “We have had food from the new location in Preston Connecticut three times now. They had only been two days, a few weeks, and now a few months when we are here. First impression was the cheese pizza had no taste but the deep dish pep was good. Second impression was similar. Now a few months into establishing, the cheese is delicious. Great sauce and cheese flavor and ratios. Crust is just right. We did have a few pieces of the Detroit/deep dish pep but not all of our deep dish tasted “Smokey.” The best way to explain it is like the smokiness of mezcal tequila. Most of the pep was charred so we suspect it was over cooked or was adjacent to something else in the oven that burnt. Overall, positive experience and in time, we think this restaurant will continue to strive and adjust recipes and cooking techniques to meet or exceed expectations.”

“The food is fresh and delicious! The Choppers (employees haha) are courteous and friendly. They switched gloves and had an extremely clean food prep area. The cafe is clean and bright, yet the temperature in the dining area was a bit cold for the season, as it's mid-December. Overall, I'm satisfied and will return many more times!”

“Hi my name is Jorge Barco and I work at the Glastonbury location. I am scheduled to work today from 8-1. I will not make it due to being robbed for my phone wallet and car. Theyve since found the car, but it's been vandalized, broken windows and popped tires. I've tried calling the store and leaving a message I've also emailed Miguel Martinez and told him the situation. I just need this message relayed to my manager Kate. I will not have a phone today but will do my best to call the store at some point during the day. “This little sandwich shop is amazing! Easy to get to, away from all of the towns crazy traffic. It’s adorable inside, clean, so quick with service. The food is always delicious, they have a great variety on their menu. Melissa, who runs the front counter, is always smiling, super friendly, so busy and amazing at her job! She doesn’t miss a beat! Every time we’ve ordered lunch here it is a great experience, she makes it even better. If you’re looking for a wholesome sandwich with fresh ingredients made by a great crew, this is your next stop!”

“I like to hang out at this location. There are a lot of comfy places to work or read a book. The drive thru experience can be a turn off. They get a little testy when things are busy. Because the line was long, I placed my order while I was in the drive through line through the app. When I got up to the speaker, I was scolded for placing my order in the app. Respectfully, what is the difference if the order is there 1 minute before I get to the speaker vs me ordering it at the speaker?”

“The sushi was absolutely amazing!! The only thing I'd tell you to be careful of is look at the end charge and save your receipt. I went with a friend after visiting my son in the hospital and we showed up at 8pm and I remember how much the total was cause she left the tip and taught me a trick, but I was so flustered I lost the receipt but the cleared charge was $7 more. Otherwise the special rolls were amazing!! And the tea was very calming.”
