“What a cool spot!! Slightly difficult to spot, don't overlook this really special spot!! The owners are on site and welcoming to all that stop by. There is a self serve beer, wine and cider wall - seriously!! The charge is by the ounce, so try a taste and see what you like! The system includes getting a personalized card that allows you to "self serve" their amazing brews. The food is also super - I tried one of the flat breads and wasn't disappointed. They were accommodating to a group of about 12 visiting - reserved some tables pushed together for our use and gave us great service. Yes! They did separate checks for everyone because you order using a QR code and pay on the app. They then deliver it to you at the table! Thank you!“
“We had made Casa Di Lisa our date night spot when we travel to Agawam! We aren’t locals, we travel over a hour and half. We come here twice a year and we are never disappointed around our meals! The food is great and the prices are amazing for the amount of food they give you. We usually get the chicken parmesan however I think I should try another dishes as looking around all the dishes look so good! They have a yummy dessert menu too! Every time I’ve been here there was a man singing songs in Italian which makes the place even more special!!! Excellent job to the staff team at Casa Di Lisa! We will return for another date night in the future! ❤️“
“Great experience from start to finish! Four of us had the 5 course prix fix tasting menu with wine pairings, and everything was delicious. Portions were generous without making us overstuffed, or wanting more. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant! Server PJ was the best, and made the experience outdoors even more fun!Update: We have since gone back to Present Company several times, and it never disappoints. We recently dined at the chef’s counter (had a great time with Matt!) and enjoyed the 4 course prix fixe, and some of the standouts were the duck confit, cappelletti, sourdough späetzel that was surprisingly spicy and delicious, the striped bass and the espresso martini. I had a delicious cocktail similar to a Paloma, but much more interesting and complex in flavor. The service is always top notch even when the place is busy. We look forward to our next visit!“
“Place was very busy, but we were greeted and seated quickly. Our server, Paige, was very friendly and attentive even though she also had a party of twelve that she was handling (among other things!). We decided to sample soups and appetizers as our meal, so we started with French Onion soup and turkey vegetable soup. The turkey vegetable was just delicious and the French onion was average. Our appetizers were an absolute delight! We had seafood stuffed mushrooms, grilled sea scallops with honey apple maple glaze, shrimp tempura with coconut lime drizzle, and butternut ravioli in a nutmeg cream sauce. What a delight for the tastebuds! Everything was perfectly cooked and presented. We decided to try the chocolate torte for dessert and were not disappointed! It was warm and gooey and so good! What a great evening!“
“The food is good, the spring rolls, just the right amount of spice. I enjoyed the blood orange spritz, just my taste in mix. The waitress is very nice. I had plenty of time because of a 6-hour flight delay. She didn't rush me. However, they don't take the disruption vouchers from Aer Lingus. She says that venues that serve alcohol don't take the voucher. It puts a damper on things. Would I come back? Absolutely, but I rarely come to the airport hours before a flight. Cheers!“
“In April 23, I included photos of Traveltini in my Bradley Airport review. Because our flights were early AM and late PM, the bar was closed when we spotted this place for the first time.Flying from BDL late September through early October, we had the opportunity to patronize this stopover. No seats at the bar or in the lounge area were available around 4PM, but there were a couple of counter seats open that look out at the concourse. There is a menu of appetizers for patrons wanting a bite with their cocktail. All of the items are noteworthy and well-selected by whomever chose to feature them, but I can't review the food as we did not have time to order anything. The arancini the person near us was eating looked good. Our two martinis - one Bombay Sapphire and one French were well made and had good pours. It took awhile to get the drinks, which is something unexpected if a customer is looking to make their plane, but understandable if now just having arrived there is no time constraint. Bar stock contains all other spirits for those not seeking a martini. Closes at 7 PM.“
“I was out running errands & found that I was really hungry, so stopped in to have some lunch. Had a hot lobster roll with fries & cole slaw. It was the best! Even had a slice of cantaloupe, honey dew & a pickle. As good as all this was, the server, Alize, was truly amazing! On her own, with a mostly full dining room, she was calm, patient, diligent, competent -- and service was fast! So extra ordinary!Kudos to the kitchen staff, too, cause they must have been just as amazing.“
“We all had the filet, I also had the grilled shrimp...everything was excellent. The best steak we have ever had. Delicious flavor, tender, and melt in your mouth heaven. We noticed the previous reviews and after a local hotel shared how he's never had a bad meal at this location, we decided to stay for dinner and not just drinks. It DID NOT Disappoint! The service was spot on. The Simsbury location offers an excellent historical atmosphere too.“
“Four of us enjoyed our lunch except we were seated an area with obvious huge table set up for 20 people. Once they all came in it was very noisy and the four of us had a hard time hearing each other. I would say to be mindful of such situations. I regret not asking to be moved.“
