“Okay my now husband and I hated the idea of pre-decided menu-- mandatory pasta stations with bland sauces, a smattering of cheese no one will eat etc. LOTS of caterers work this way. Chris worked with us to decide a menu that felt like US for our special day.

We're also a multicultural couple and he made sure to represent our influences in the food. Our short rib was delish and our halibut was soooo tasty with a buttery texture. Even before that Chris and his team managed our tasting with tons of generosity and finesse.

Chris is also just a beautiful person in general and was so fun to chat with-- and took time out on nights and weekends to help us get to the finish line.
