“A culinary delight! I took my family to Oyster Club on a Saturday evening after some shopping in Mystic and had a wonderful experience. The oyster happy hour was fantastic. As a raw oyster enthusiast, I was elated at the quality and price. I had a dozen oysters myself and had to stop myself from getting more- they were SO GOOD! The blackfish I had for dinner was excellent. The ramp hummus was a real highlight. For dessert, we had the maple ice cream which was the most delicious ice cream I have ever had. It was a real treat to come here. You can tell that the food is made with heart and served with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. I’ll definitely be back soon.“

“Was very disappointed when we took friends of ours there and told them how good the bread was but when we ordered from Jack was told the bread now costs and yet we were there two weeks ago and bread was offered. Also we had to ask Jack what the specials were and he acted put out. What a change from two weeks ago with waiter Greg who was awesome“

At the same time they have also earned a 'Big Al's 💎 Gem Review'. I walked into a very warm and inviting welcome from the Owner's daughter named Ellen. She was so sweet and even introduced me to her father, Herb's who recently turned 95yrs old about a week ago. I was welcomed by the whole staff and I had such a wonderful server named Dawn! She is truly the Best!! Thank you Dawn! ❤️ I can keep going on and on about how great this spot is so.... Let me continue. The atmosphere is perfect. Not only that the food was impressive, but the staff was so friendly… they all work together looks like, as everyone stopped by our table to do something: Janet helped us choose margarita to start; Rebecca brought us a starter and explained couple of dishes we were not familiar with, another lady took our payment at the end as Janet was slammed serving customers at the bar… everyone looked so happy to be working there… such pleasant atmosphere. The food was really good. I had fish on a bed of rice and a mix of sautéed vegetables, and Jim had slow cooked beef. We want to go back until we try every dish they make…. Highly recommend it… Will definitely go back very soon.“

Parking: There are a few parking spaces in front of the restaurant n few on the side. It was noon n Saturday so I got parking easily.

“We had a reservation for dinner on a Saturday night at 6 so no wait time to be seated. No issues finding parking, they have a small parking lot in front and in the back that is reserved for their customers and other shops in that building. Menu is upscale American overall everything was good. I was disappointed they were out of the mussels I was looking forward to trying those. Deviled were beautifully presented, hush puppies were delicious and the pan seared scallops were cooked perfectly.“

“Everyone has their own preference of taste when it comes to Chinese food but I LOVE this place. I went here for the first time tonight and ordered pickup. It was already ready when I got there in about 20 minutes. I also added crab rangoon last second when picking up and they made it super quick and it was amazing. Really great customer service from the boy at the counter. I'm happy with my experience here and I'm making this my go-to for Chinese takeout now“
