“Its not as fancy as a lot of other Japanese restaurants but the food is as good or in most cases better than any other Japanese restaurant I've ever been to. Very reasonable prices. Even the quality of their green tea ice cream is superior. The staff is always friendly and ready to please. Plenty of free and convenient parking.”

“Delicious thin crust wood fired pizza. Very friendly service. Great beer and drinks list. Nice app- we got the very tasty roasted cauliflower which is all about the pesto they serve on it. It seemed they forgot to make our pizza - and our waiter had to be asked about it- so we had to eat it in a rush which was the only downside.”

I decided to go with the dumpling sampler as an entree after starting with a pork won ton soup. It would be nice if they had alcoholic beverages, but the flavor and quality of the food more than made up for that and the fruit tea was delicious. We will definitely go back soon. That is an awesome option. You can also add egg. (For a slight up-charge) to your rice which is a delicious option too.The crab Rangoons are delicious and you get way more in an order than other Chinese restaurants in town.

Even in New Orleans I could not find a place that even comes close to how good Rise and Shine does the biscuits and gravy. They also have an amazing Irish Benedict. There was a nice police officer in front on me who helped me find the entrance (you need to go through the mall entrance to get in). I offered to pay for his coffee but I guess they offer free coffee for police officers which I think is very nice perk for them for all they do. The pastries are a bit overpriced as I was having some work done on my truck so wanted to pick up some brownies and coffee cake for the employees and came to over $50 with my chai. But would still recommend. Very nice atmosphere. Was there about 9 am. I’m sure big with the college crowd :)”
