Twice this week it was not busy when I ordered and on two separate orders, I asked for to substitute the sodas for coffee shakes. The first time they were Chocolate shakes. So, I order an extra coffee shake on the Carvel side as my brother is allergic to Chocolate. I went in tonight and order my brother's meal for him. When I ordered I made sure to announced that it was a Coffee Shake, TWICE. While waiting, I noticed the female trainer had the trainee put a medium Vanilla Shake instead. When the buzzer went off, not only was there no shake ready but was asked: "Oh, you had a vanilla shake too, right?" "NO! Coffee!" Another wait as they made the coffee shake I originally ordered. Baseball season is upon us, hopefully, you don't strike out if I (we) come in again. Advice - Check your orders placing and receiving them.“

“They called my job to place a meat order the other day.i noticed the name and jokingly said they should bring me a bagel when they pickup their order..they made me a bagel with cream cheese ,brought it to me,and accepted no money whatsoever..Made my day that day..Great family..great bagels..thanks guys“

“jimmys food is excellent! however I was there for the 1st time last week, our waitress was not friendly with us. no personality, no smile..brought our food put it down walked away, said nothing. then 5 mins later, as she was walking by the table threw the receipt down, said nothing. Never came to see if we needed anything else or how the food was, she never offered desert, so we didn't get that. I had to go to the counter and ask for a box, as again she never came back to the table. there were only a few tables full, so she wasn't overly busy, meanwhile I'm watching the other waitress there, smile and laugh with her customers. I wish I knew her name, because she definitely needs to learn people skills. ohh I also heard her complaining to a customer who she must've known, about her training someone and now the other girl is waiting tables and she was not happy that this girl was doing her job basically 🙄“

“There's a good amount of parking in their lot that runs alongside the Farmington Trail. There's indoor and outdoor seating available. Inside is comfortable, with a diner atmosphere in a well maintained and clean restaurant. The food is very good with reasonable sized servings at good prices. Definitely will be back!“

“I ordered a filled bagel and a cupcake. The service was very friendly and warm, and quick though there was quite a queue. The bagel was excellent, great taste, with a small side salad. The cupcake was really moist and beautiful, the buttercream very creamy, and tasty all-in-all, though very sugary! I would recommend this place for the excellent bagels and kind service, and the cupcakes for the ones with a sweet tooth. Maybe an idea for the future to have some sweet products that don't pack quite as much sugar, but I'm definitely coming back for another bagel!“

Justin was professional and has a really fun personality. Even though the restaurant was crazy busy we never had to ask for anything, Justin was just there anytime we needed anything. “We had an outstanding soup to nuts dinner tonite on the deck. The food & service were outstanding. Family run& treated us like family. Fresh fish & everything made to our liking. Chef came out to personalize our needs. Not your ordinary diner! This was quality food & preparation. Can’t wait to come back!“

“Outstanding restaurant! (and we do a lot of our dining in NYC!) Local 63 is an oasis in Watertown, CT in a variety of ways. The food is creative (even when the dish SOUNDS traditional). The chicken fried steak (hard to even find in New England) is outstanding. The salads were awesome: perfectly dressed with great crunch and freshness. The Cassoulet (originally a French farmhouse dish) with chicken, in-house sausage, and white beans cooked to perfection is something you will not find in many other places. Great bar--friendly atmosphere and great for large groups and celebrations. This is a hidden gem with excellent service and owners who obviously care! I will go back and bring many other guests here when I have a chance.“

“We live in town and had never been to this restaurant, but decided we should support our local businesses more. My dining partner had the stuffed chicken breast which he enjoyed immensely. I ordered the Bronzino with dill sauce. The buttery dill sauce maybe could’ve used a little bit more acid like lemon but it was very enjoyable. The rice pilaf was cooked perfectly, and the beans were also cooked nicely with some sautéed garlic and butter. Service was spot on.“

“Went to pub 67 last night to watch Nashville drive I have to say this is now my favorite place to watch a band, such a great atmosphere. We had 9 people in our group our server was RJ the food drinks and service were top notch! One of the best burgers I have had in a long time, cooked to perfection soft roll and the Cajun tator tots oh my!! Definitely recommend you stop in and give it a shot! We will be back. “New favorite Dominican spot in Waterbury!! 🇩🇴 Better flavor than Via Al Paraiso. I used to go there all the time for Dominican food, however, this place has better flavor in my opinion (I tried their shrimp mofongo, pernil, and saltfish). Also, Via Al Paraiso is so stingy with their shrimp 🍤 with the shrimp mofongo...this place is NOT!! A much better portion for the money!!
Also,the woman at the counter was so nice!! She let me try some of the food while I was waiting on my mofongo!! 🥰“
