“Walking by The Lab on our way to Leaps and Bones, I always look at the creative menu posted in the window of The Lab. Today my pup got some treats and I took home a sandwich that was spectacular! I’m sure my pup and I will both get treats every time we go to Factory Square in the future!“

“I stopped down here the other day after reading about the place on some reddits for having good cheesesteaks.

Boy was I not disappointed. This is easily one of the best cheesesteaks CT has to offer and I have tried many.

The fries were hot and crispy, the onions were not overbearing chopped up nicely, the meat was seasoned beautifully and everything was made fresh and hot. No bad bits or chewy bits in the steak and great flavor.

Staff was super friendly, place was clean. As soon as someone gets up they clean it.

“Good service with very attentive waitresses. Food is delicious and cooked perfectly. They do have size options for the pancakes so if you are not into giant pancakes you can downsize. Atmosphere is comfortable but not overwhelming. The price is a nice plus to coming here, even though they only accept cash, but that keeps their prices down.“

“We had an amazing wedding shower today at Sans Souci! From the beginning of the planning process through the event today, the staff has been phenomenal. The owner was great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed to make our event successful. The food was delicious and the service was attentive. Our guests really enjoyed the mimosa bar. Our plated meals were served hot and tasted delicious. If you’re looking for a space to host a private event, I can’t recommend Sans Souci highly enough. We’ve eaten here many times and can’t wait to return!“

“We had my daughter’s baby shower at Lola’s. From the start of booking until the day of the shower. So easy to work with. The day of the shower, we were greeted with such warmth and truly our waitress for our party, Becky, was fantastic. Catered to our every need and was so beyond helpful. She worked very hard and was so pleasant! The food was amazing and plenty of it! Guests went back for seconds! Becky even went above and beyond for my mom who couldn’t eat something and prepared a new one just for her. Truly a gem of a place! “Great place. I’ll have to make it a point to work it into the calendar more. Beer was excellent. 24 different beers on tap I believe. Burger was great - big and delicious and my wife enjoyed her wrap. Bonus points for the King Diamond and Rob Halford photos on the wall. I didn’t get to check out all the prints. Cool spot. “This is located inside the Double Tree Hotel. The decor is very inviting. There are several televisions to watch sports along with comfy seating. My girlfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. The server was very informative and extremely friendly.“

(We had Cuban Sliders, Calamari and loaded plantain nachos). It was nice to have a unique restaurant experience for a change. “I'm new in the Bristol area. One day I decided to come eat at friendlys and ever since I've been coming here. They are friendly here, the food is always fresh, neatly served and delicious. I love it and so does my 9 year old daughter. I'd recommend friedlys to others any day , and I do actually. My niece comes here too now with me all the time

“Just had our first meal here. The entire restaurant is filthy. Our dishes that held our silverware were reused. Our table was dirty To where we washed it with our drinking water. We were ready to leave but had put in our order and wanted to try food. The food Was decent but pricey for amount you got. Called manager over to show him how thick the dust was on ledge where everyone sits And eats. He said he was new. Not an excuse. Restaurant was empty now I know why. The whole place smells dirty as soon as you sit down and have to breathe in one spot. This restaurant will not last if things don't Change. It will be a repeat of Chips restaurant all over again.“
