“First and foremost, let’s talk about Maggie!! We walked in having something awesome to celebrate and she immediately jumped on board sharing in our excitement, enthusiasm and celebratory mood. She was engaging, sincere and an absolute doll. Such an IMPRESSIVE young lady who deserves all good things to come her way. She could not do enough for us, checked in us often and helped to make our evening such an amazing one. “My absolute favorite place“

“Wife and I went out to dinner and as usual food was on point. Base menu is always good and they always have a seasonal menu of great options. I tried the smoked old fashion and it was a home run. They put on the whole show and smoked the drink right at the table. Definitely not a disappointment. They always have seasonal drinks and come up and ask how they were. Lots of care in the food and drinks they put on the menu.“

“We hosted my daughter‘s bridal shower at J Law and it was everything we hoped for. Clara, Megan, and the entire team were attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the day. The private event space was ideal, spacious, welcoming, and flexible enough for us to personalize with our own decor. The food was delicious. The service was top-notch and the atmosphere made everyone feel at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for another celebration. “To start with, I love the thick menu! I love that they give the back stories on the local products/farms they use. And the plethora of options make certain that both my husband and I can find something we like no matter what we're in the mood for. It's also nice to go to a restaurant that has more than the same 6 things everybody else has and to know those items are made with locally sourced products. I can end with a cupcake made from scratch which also supports another small business instead of something premade from the same manufacturer everyone sources their desserts from. It's a win for me!“

“I went to Whitlock's a couple of weekends ago and had the absolute best meal. I ordered the French dip and it was mouthwatering good. My server's name was Tisha and she was honestly one of the best server's I've ever meet. Her smile light up the room and she went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were happy from the time I walked in, to the time we left. I would recommend Whitlock's to anyone who hasn't been.“

“My hubby took me here for a breakfast date this morning, and they did not disappoint. The French toast was made perfectly. It was crisp in all the right places, tasted like butter, vanilla, and cinnamon, all the right things. And the hashbrowns were absolutely delicious! Whatever you are doing, keep that up! The service was awesome, the server was very pleasant and kind. It is nice to see a genuine smile when out and about. I am taking my daughter to lunch in the upcoming weeks. Thank you again!“

“Great service. Food is very good and nice size portions. Always have leave a ton of food on my plate because its so much food. Prices are very reasonable. Waitstaff is very friendly. Only small complaint I have is the temperature in the restaurant. Its always on the warm side“

“Great place for family and friends to get a meal, catch a game. Management was very generous with accommodating to ensure everyone go to see the game they requested. The food was great.....lemon pepper wings, burgers, steak fries. My favorite was the cheesesteak egg rolls! The bar features a couple of signature cocktails but I had the caribbean sangria, worth a taste!“

“I’m not from CT but this is the Applebees I will be coming to. NY Locations aren’t this happy and caring. The manager Jessica was on top of everything. I’m a girls girl and I was amazed how she’s a manager, waitress and a bartender. That’s what we call a triple threat. Her employees are so helpful towards one another and to the customers. I felt the love and how they treat each other as if they were family. I will be back and will continue driving an hour up to the Danbury location.“

“My husband and I tried Bora Restaurant for the first time last night. It was excellent!! The food was delicious, the decorations were beautiful, the atmosphere was warm and cozy, all of the staff that we encountered were young but surprisingly all so very well mannered, polite and very nice!! Our waiter was Alton, he did a wonderful job and always addressed my husband as Sir. We would definitely recommend this restaurant!!“

“Although I'm giving it five stars, this is really a message of this disappointment and anger!

I won't ruin star status because of a situation, so for that I'm still going to get five stars throughout, but I called 10 times in a matter of 30 minutes. 16 of those minutes I was put on hold. So somebody answer the phone and then put me on hold for 16 minutes and nobody answered the phone back.

I'm only putting this out there because if this was anybody else they would have given them 1, 2, or 3 stars. It's one thing not to answer it's another thing to have me on hold for 16 minutes.

Other than that, the atmosphere inside is great, the food is great, and the service is great. Great food, but just really hurt on being put on hold for 16 minutes and nobody thought about coming back. I'm sure it's an accident, but just saying“
