“Scott and his team catered our wedding this September. If we could provide more than 5 stars, we would! He was more than accommodating and made this process stress-free. We gave him ideas about what kind of food/style we were hoping for and he ran with it. We were not limited to a pre-created catering menu and were told that he and his team could make "anything we want". He provided recommendations from our reception space, to service style, and menu to even linens. We are still getting comments from our guests raving about the food and service from our wedding. Scott and his team exceeded our expectations and then some. Highly recommend!“

Thankfully, like always, the rest of our dining experience was amazing!“

“We recently celebrated my mother`s 100th birthday at Pulcinellas with about 40 friends and family and everyone is still talking about it ! Linda ensured perfection all around. The pizza, antipasto, entrees (chicken champagne, veal francese, eggplant rolatini, penne a la vodka), and sides were delicious and plentiful. The pistachio BD cake was gorgeous and tasted out of this world! the staff was so attentive to everyone's needs and the piano player added to the festive atmosphere. “A breath of fresh air! I frequented this restaurant as a child and still remember getting glass coke bottles and eating a slice of pizza with my mom. I thought I would pop in and see if it bared the same resemblance or if it was all different. To my surprise it was the same lovely place I had visited 20 years ago as a kid when I would walk up Lake ave after school. They said they just hit 30 years and it's the same owners. So many places in CT treat you like you're a burden when you walk in. I walked in not knowing if we would have lunch there because it's a smaller restaurant and I have two kids. I expected to get some sort of attitude or confused look from the staff but right away I was greeted and the woman up front was eager to help me. I explained my situation and she right away asked her family who were having a meeting at the table if they could move to the back so that my family could come have dinner. She set up two tables for us and the whole staff was friendly and patient with my wild boys. My boys began fighting over an apple juice and one gentleman was kind enough to give me another on the house. The gentleman making the pizza was kind and courteous. You really don't find places like this anymore.. everyone is in a rush, they just want to get paid and get you out, but not this place. It's a traditional family style restaurant. I left feeling so happy with finally not feeling like it was an inconvenience to serve me as I often find now'er days when we're out spending money. They were happy to have us and if we are in the area again we will go back! Thank you guys so much! <3“

“The best, my favorite, pizza joint on Mill Plain Rd, on the Westside, in Danbury! The crust is thin, has that slight crunch, folds easily to cradle the abundance of toppings. Oh, and the meat lover's version, wow! Full-size toppings (hubby & son raved about it)....and my fave, the veggie...spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, garlic, peppers, onions -LOADED & DELICIOUS! But, you cannot go wrong with a plain cheese either... Not greasy, perfect balance of cheese to sauce. My dad's favorite pizza spot, too... and no loss of memory makes him forget how to get there!“

“The best Sicilian in Putnam County. Crunchy bottom, soft and tasty inside. My husband and I get a whole pie, it’s the best fresh out of the oven, we eat two or three slices in the restaurant and take home the rest, freeze for lunches. Bring a devoted Sicilian slice customer I ventured out to a salad, not any salad, their Asian salad. Cold crisp romaine lettuce, crispy chow mein noodles, sliced almonds and mandarin oranges, and the best Asian dressing. Really a very enjoyable salad. A great place for good food and great staff.“

The food is great but I am more impressed by the customer service, especially from a gentleman named Rob who I believe is the manager. He is super friendly and outgoing, and we end up talking for a while after I get my food. He is very easy going and accommodating and one of the reasons I keep going back. “I've been going to this location for roughly 6-7 years. It's gone through 3 different owners until this point. The new ownership is by far the best to date. Everything I've had up until this point I'd highly recommended. I haven't tried everything yet, but one of my favorites so far was the shrimp francese, (I added capers to mine). The current pizza maker has stayed with the business throughout the years and has gone through the ranks and changes. He does a great job and should be celebrated for his hard work and dedication. I'm excited to welcome this new restaurant to my list of places I love to eat in New Milford. If you haven't been, definitely check it out! If for nothing else, at least to check out their JUMBO slices!
