“Wife and I went out to dinner and as usual food was on point. Base menu is always good and they always have a seasonal menu of great options. I tried the smoked old fashion and it was a home run. They put on the whole show and smoked the drink right at the table. Definitely not a disappointment. They always have seasonal drinks and come up and ask how they were. “We’ve been going here for at least a decade, but this is our first time leaving a review. It’s an excellent restaurant — cozy and comfortable, with a great mix of Japanese dishes, including traditional sashimi and sushi, along with some fun and creative specialty rolls. They also have a menu of traditional Korean dishes, which are excellent.

Jay, the chef and owner, and his wife Jenny are wonderful hosts. They consistently turn out great food, and after all these years, this remains a local favorite. It’s BYOB, so grab a bottle of wine or some beer and come make yourself at home.

This time, we started with some gyoza and a kani salad, both of which were excellent. Then came five or six different specialty sushi rolls. The sushi is always fresh, delicious, and generous, with a great mix of traditional flavors and more creative combinations. There’s always so much to choose from that it’s hard to pick just a few rolls, and we always end up ordering more than we planned.

The Udon Bokkeum was the standout of the meal. It was absolutely delicious. The fresh vegetables and mushrooms were cooked perfectly, the noodles were thick and tender, and the beef was succulent and flavorful. Everything came together really well, with the tender beef and perfectly cooked vegetables mixed with the thick, chewy noodles. It was a fantastic dish and one we’ll definitely be ordering again.

After coming here for more than 10 years, we can honestly say the food and experience have remained consistently great. The food is always fresh, the portions are generous, and there’s a great variety of both Japanese and Korean dishes. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Japanese and Korean dining experience. It’s one of our favorites, and we always look forward to coming back.“

“To start with, I love the thick menu! I love that they give the back stories on the local products/farms they use. And the plethora of options make certain that both my husband and I can find something we like no matter what we're in the mood for. It's also nice to go to a restaurant that has more than the same 6 things everybody else has and to know those items are made with locally sourced products. I can end with a cupcake made from scratch which also supports another small business instead of something premade from the same manufacturer everyone sources their desserts from. It's a win for me!“

“I live near Red Rocks in Colorado which is arguably the best place to see a concert. That said so my husband and my favorite band at Daryl's house on Sunday night and the sound was the best I've ever heard them in 30 years. What a cool venue. “I’m a tenant in the 400 plus units at Abbey Woods - just a mile from the restaurant and definitely NOT in favor of your delivery policy.
I have to meet your driver 3 stories down at the front door because they will not come in the building to deliver/ your place is the restaurant in town that has this ridiculous idea of how to do business! It definitely affects me as to where I’m going to order from as I’m sure other tenants feel the same way.
Having said that - I think I just had the BEST meatball grinder that I’ve had in years.
I think I would use you more often if only you allowed your delivery folks to use the elevator 🤔🤔“

I recently moved away and whenever I want Thai I shed a tear because the places around me will never compare....
