“All around just a great place to get food. I’m always looking for a healthy option and green & tonic is exactly that. They have so many delicious options on their menu (fresh and premade) And they also have a lot of options if you have dietary restrictions. Aside from the food always being great, service is very quick with little wait, and the costumer service is amazing. All of the staff are very polite and friendly especially Renne and Olivia.“

“Tiny coffee joint on Elm Street in bustling downtown New Canaan offering authentic Italian coffee and delicious baked specialties. Not only breakfast items but yummy looking salads and paninis as well! Really small cost indoor seating area and a small patio seating area make this potentially better for take out than dine in. “A cute shop with simple sandwiches & various sundries. I got the Grapepoint sandwich & it was great. I also got an iced caramel latte & it was just okay. Wasn’t strong enough but also wasn’t sweet. Would recommend, but maybe they can work a little on the lattes.“

“The roasted coconut vanilla coffee here is amazing! Rich, high-quality coffee flavor with a lovely aroma, and the toasted coconut flakes add such a great crunchy texture. So memorable — highly recommend!

I actually came back the very next day because I was so impressed by yesterday’s coffee! This time, I asked the owner to recommend something similar, and she introduced me to their new Strawberry Shortcake Latte. 🍓☕

It was beautiful, almost like a little piece of art, and absolutely delicious. The sweet strawberry flakes added a lovely fruity flavor without overpowering the coffee itself. You can still really taste and enjoy the coffee, which I loved.

Two visits in two days, and both drinks were fantastic. Definitely becoming one of my favorite coffee spots! ❤“

“Visited Neat, and I have to say the service was excellent, and the coffee was absolutely delicious and incredibly refreshing. We also tried the fluffy bread next door, which was just as enjoyable.

One thing to be aware of is that the ground flooring is very uneven, so it's worth watching your step while walking around the area. Unfortunately, our date was cut short due to an incident in the surrounding area shortly after we grabbed our coffee and food. Even so, the quality of the drinks, food, and friendly service left a positive impression.“

Today was an emotional day as my younger son underwent surgery. While we were at the hospital, someone else dropped my older son off at camp. In the middle of everything, I realized I had forgotten to pack his lunchbox. As a mom, I immediately worried that he wouldn't have anything to eat.
Thankfully, I was able to place a lunch order for him at the very last minute through EB222 Cafe & Catering. Knowing he had a good lunch while I stayed by my younger son's side brought me so much peace during an already stressful day.

Morris is truly one of the kindest and most professional employees I have ever encountered. He is beyond polite, respectful, welcoming, and consistently provides exceptional customer service. Today, he even took the time to update my preferences since I’m such a frequent customer so the team knows exactly how I like my orders. That level of attentiveness made me feel genuinely valued and shows how much he cares about creating a positive customer experience.

What stands out most about Morris is his initiative, attention to detail, reliability, and ability to make every customer feel important. He is an excellent communicator, always maintains a positive attitude, and represents the company incredibly well. Employees like Morris are the reason customers become loyal regulars.
