In a busy location, with a less than ideal store layout, Christine and her crew do a wonderful job. Everyone is welcoming, kind and they never fail to greet a customer as soon as they walk in. Keeping lines moving (even on the busiest of days!) and doing it with a smile is what makes this Starbucks one of my favorites.“

Not only do they have brunch service, pastry counter, and coffees, they have a lot of specialty grocery items that are nicely curated and add to the vibe while you’re eating. “The only Dunkin I will go to 1635 Boston post rd old saybrook. There is a girl who works there goes by the name of Katie/kate/Kaitlyn she has great customer skills. Always greets us with a smile. She makes us laugh. She is very nice. Always makes sure our order is right. Whatever you do give this girl a raise. It is so hard to find someone who has that much friendly customer service“
