“I pulled into a Dunkin Donuts right off of 95 early on a Sunday morning March 11, 2018. I had started my trip back to Virginia after an Emergency visit to my mom at the Middlesex Hospital. A dummy light on my dashboard indicated I had low tire pressure. The Toyota Dealership next door to the Dunkin was Closed. I had not had breakfast yet so I sought out the Dunkin. The employees there were THE BEST. While this very personable young lady took my order, she listened to my trouble and immediately tried to assist me all she could by finding out if the Toyota Dealership was open today and if so at what time. It wasn't, so she started contacting other people she knew who could help me with my tire issue. The young man prepared my food order. The latte was Great and the Breakfast Sandwich was perfect. The Store Manager went out In The Cold with a Tire Pressure gauge and located the tire that was low. She asked the service station attendant to assist me with Air for the tire. I was able to put air in the tire and continue home on my trip. My local Toyota dealership confirmed I had a Nail in That tire. My day could have been miserable, but these Young People stepped up and Turned it around. Thank you so much for ALL your help!! They should all be commended.“

“for 4th of July we brought our daughter to see the animals and to get some great drinks from their coffee station. They have a little store with freshly baked goods,gifts, ice pops and so much more. the staff was amazingly nice and friendly. Its a cute spot and I definitely recommend stopping by“

“The best DD on i95 exit 63 in Connecticut near the Clinton Factory Outlets. The employees are very friendly and professional too. Always smiling. Bathroom very clean. Eat-in is favorable. Ample and super clean parking lots. Next door is ColdStone icecream... yummy. If you need emergency repairs on your phone, there is AT&T. The employees are superb. You could fix vacuum cleaners at Orec. If you are traveling with pets.. YES.. Petco is here too.. the employees know what they are doing.. and next door is Mattress Firm.. been there many times.. made me sleepy.

“The only Dunkin I will go to 1635 Boston post rd old saybrook. There is a girl who works there goes by the name of Katie/kate/Kaitlyn she has great customer skills. Always greets us with a smile. She makes us laugh. She is very nice. Always makes sure our order is right. Whatever you do give this girl a raise. It is so hard to find someone who has that much friendly customer service“
“Love this place!! I came in close to Christmas and Mike helped me put a beautiful gift box together even though I had missed the deadline. It was a huge hit and we are still enjoying it! “We LOVE Olive Oyl’s. In the 20 years we’ve lived in Tri-town, it’s our family go to at least once on the weekends. When the kids are home for school breaks throughout the year they frequent Olive Oyl’s several times a week. We love the vibe, the food, location, and especially Kevin and Jen! We are lucky to have such a great place so close to home!“

“I have been going here for at least 11 years. The food never disappoints. I love the daily specials and holiday special orders. Fresh and delicious. The bakery is excellent, the cookies are irresistible. Quaint gourmet sandwich, coffee, and gift shop in downtown Chester. Highly recommend, outdoor seating. Always friendly service.“

“I was greeted really warmly by the cashier (I think her name is Diane). It felt like she was genuinely happy to be there and to serve me. The other young woman on the shift with her did not say much but worked so efficiently that my coffee was ready before I had even finished paying for my order. They were getting tons of online orders but everything was prepared quickly and no one had to wait. Food was hot and correct. It was such a pleasant experience that I would get off at that exit again just to go to that Dunkin' Donuts.“
“I rarely take the time to write reviews, but The James Pharmacy in Old Saybrook is absolutely worth sharing.
I honestly can’t remember having a sandwich anywhere in Connecticut that comes close to the quality, generous portions, and incredible combinations they put together here. Everything tastes fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and just plain delicious.
And the pastrami… WOW. Hand-cut and made in-house, it is truly something special. It’s the kind of pastrami you keep thinking about after you’ve finished your sandwich!
But it’s not just sandwiches. They also have an amazing selection of provisions, including beautiful steaks and other quality products that make it easy to put together a fantastic dinner at home. Oh, and their house-made ice cream is great too!
At this point, The James Pharmacy has become my go-to spot for dinner — I’m there at least three times a week! That says everything about how much I enjoy this place.
If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and stop in. Whether you’re grabbing a sandwich, picking up provisions for dinner, or looking for something special, this shop is a gem. Highly, highly recommended!“

“I don’t usually write reviews, but had to give a shout out to this Dunkin’ for consistent, excellent service and product. While on vacation this year, my family and I visited this Dunkin’ mostly every day, if not two times a day. We were even here during the busiest days of the Muster. Every order we placed was made correctly and on time. The employees we saw throughout the week were kind, always smiling and never rude, even when we had multiple large orders!! After traveling to many different Dunkins on our trip, I can honestly say that employees and service are not all the same. This one was by far the best!!“
