“Chelsea at the front desk went to extraordinary lengths to help us with a room assignment. Though the hotel is pet- friendly, she worked patiently and thoughtfully to locate a room that would be healthy for us. We both have allergies and asthma. We quickly exited when checking into another hotel for which we had a reservation, because we learned they allowed any all all types of pets. Guinea pigs, rabbits, whatev. Chelsea found us a room at the Courtyard that suited our needs, even at the last minute. Thank you, Chelsea! You took your commitment to customer satisfaction very seriously and did so kindly. Incidentally, though reviews are not stellar for this Courtyard, we found our room to be clean and our needs were met. We would stay there again.“

“This is a wonderful Black owned family restaurant and bar. The food, drinks and service are very good and the atmosphere has a warm and inviting vibe. There is Comedy Night on Thursdays and a DJ and Karaoke on Fridays. The entertainment is top notch in this safe venue where the mature can relax and enjoy themselves comfortably. I love going to this restaurant.“

“5 ⭐️We went here to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Sacred Heart University. Their location in Trumbull near the college was over an hour wait. Found out there was a second (original ) location in Stratford, On the phone they told us to come right over, they were waiting for us. When we arrived they welcomed us with open arms, were super friendly and super attentive. They treated my daughter like a super star. The food was delicious and the cocktails were so creative and tasty. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.“

“Our server Devine was amazing and so well poised. The appetizers of meatballs and their charcuterie was presented beautifully. The only issue was with dinner. We got the squid ink pasta and the filet. You could 110% taste the food was high quality and fresh but it missed the mark for us on taste. It lacked so much flavor. If you’re looking for a good simple meal with 5 star service, this is the place but if you’re looking for dishes that the chef cares about flavor and excitement, this restaurant lacks in that. It was a good experience over all but we were just disappointed because there’s so much potential for it to be a restaurant where you go back specifically for that one dish because it tasted so good.“

“Highly recommend Bobette’s, they offer delivery off their website and have been regularly ordering their soups, salads and sandwiches- the Turkey Cobb Salad is my favorite and I actually crave it weekly, lol and love the Barley Soup. Also get the Chicken Orzo and Chicken, Broccoli and Cavatelli Soup. Also recommend the Steak or Chicken Quesadillas. I have an older parent whose very picky and she never argues over any meals from Bobettes. Each order has been perfect, fresh ingredients and just tastes good.“

“I’d give the Colombian empanadas a 3.5/5. The flavor was solid and you can tell they’re made with care, especially the seasoned filling and crispy corn dough. They were satisfying overall, but a little more seasoning and a crispier texture would’ve taken them to the next level. Still a good option if you’re craving something traditional and comforting.“

I had never been to this restaurant before and before booking a reservation i had a quick chat with the manager. So check these out ,Tacos that eat like a meal and it taste like the good lord himself is doing a flavor Harlem shuffle in yo mouth. Teddy B's Restaurant . “This place deserves a 5 star rating. The food is phenomenal, I’ve never had a bad meal here. The specials board offers new dishes every day for breakfast and lunch and they are incredible every time. Super creative, thoughtful, fresh and high quality. Service is fantastic too, very nice servers/cashiers, quick and friendly. Paula is a wonderful chef, and her service and cooking staff deserve all the praise. Very professional here, 10/10.“

“Decent drinks and food. Calamari is great for a bar. They haven't had the correct ingredients for drinks all week. Small things like cherries, orange bitters, orange peel, etc. Also run out of normal brands a lot.
Decent enough but a little pricey for not being able to get a correctly made drink.“

“John Davenport restaurant is a great spot for a quiet dinner and drinks. The view of New Haven is spectacular. I highly recommend the Jungle bird cocktail at Bar 19. The strip steak and fries were very good. It's a little expensive and the dinner menu is small, but the ambiance is worth it. Service was excellent.“
