Food was amazing, wait staff was attentive and friendly and even helped bring all the presents out to the car. The room looked elegant and was set up perfectly for our party size. Everyone raved about the food and service. Jaime was so accommodating and easy going. He makes you feel like family. “Randomly stumbled upon Gaetanos in Westport yesterday when looking for a place to get sandwiches before my son’s baseball game. Having grown up in Belmont Little Italy for the first 22 years of my life I was skeptical about the “Arthur Ave style..” claim on the sign. Well I can tell you they delivered and then some! Was warmly greeted, handled samples of delicious cheeses and more. They were too skeptical when I said I grew up on Arthur Ave but once we started chatting they knew I wasn’t BSing. Saw familiar faces and reminisced about life on Arthur Ave. The owners are warm and kind - the real deal keeping it true to the Arthur Ave spirit. Dare I say they might even do it better!! I can’t say enough about the excellent food and service. If I ever find myself in Westport again I will certainly make a visit! Aside from my son’s team’s win, this nostalgic experience truly made my day and made me feel like I was back home in the Bronx when life was more simple. And yes, everything we ordered and sampled was delicious! No skin on the eggplant and bread from Addeo - doesn’t get any better!“

“Randomly stopped here for my mom’s birthday dinner and so glad we did! We were seated immediately, got our drinks pronto and the server made sure to make my mom feel special on her birthday! “During lunch break from having to serve jury duty I found this coffee shop down the street and decided to pop in. The two behind the counter were very friendly and inviting, and the special grilled cheese with tomato or bacon with soup was PERFECT . the chicken corn chowder came out piping hot and didn't even need any salt or pepper. I'm usually skeptical when someone has to make my coffee instead of me doing it, but unlike dunkin donuts the gentleman made it just right! they seem to have a familiar and friendly customer fan base, and I would definitely go back again.“

“Usually their salads are delicious. But today i came by, right when they opened up (prob a mistake) and ordered a crispy chicken salad … My salad was done in about 5 mins …. ( how can chicken be cooked that fast?) Anyway, i tried to eat the salad for dinner. My croutons were stale, the bread was stale and tomatoes along with the cucumbers tasted like theve been sitting out from the night before. I doubt chicken was freshly made. I’m so disappointed. “Everyone warns you the downtown Sweetgreen is slow. I ordered at the kiosk and had a full bowl in hand in under seven minutes, which is faster than I usually find parking on Broadway.

The floor plan reads like a compromised retrofit, the kiosks wedged into a circulation pinch that should bottleneck the lunch crowd. It doesn't. I'm writing this at 12:53 on a Sunday and two of the six window stools sit empty. The kitchen outpaces the layout.

My Hot Honey Chicken bowl, double quinoa and double blackened chicken, is a genuinely protein-dense build. Mustard on the side because I don't trust anyone else to dress it. Tasty. Also very pricey, which is the standing Sweetgreen luxury tax and surprises no one who eats here.

The real find is the seat. The window looks straight across at the stone gothic Yale spent a century perfecting, and the corner is the finest people-watching in New England. Five stars, and a fair amount of the fifth is the view.“

“The party size pizza has really thin crust. And the extremely thinner parts of the crust were burnt. However, I loved the deep dark red color of the sauce and it was delicious.
Not much parking even for pick up.
It was really cold inside.
However, I'm not giving it a bad rating. I'm just not a fan of the thin crust, if I had known I wouldn't have ordered it.
I'll still willing to give another try. 😉“

“My Daughter graduated yesterday (Mother’s Day) from WCSU. To say that it was a very special day would be an understatement. I decided I wanted to enjoy the day as much as possible, I did not want to cook nor did I want to be rushed out of a restaurant because of the holiday. I wanted to enjoy my guests and my daughter’s achievement without time limits or oven timers. After seeing a friend’s post recommending DiBella’s Catering, I immediately went to the website to see what their catering menu offered. I was instantly interested and called Destiny to help me customize one of their packages to our needs. Not only was she knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions and offer suggestions, she helped me put together an incredible menu with as much enthusiasm as I had. When my son arrived to pick up our order, it was ready, fresh, beautifully presented and all set for transport. Everything was absolutely delicious from the salads to the cookies! Our guests LOVED everything and I had no problem giving them Destiny’s contact info for their future catering needs when asked. I know I will be calling her again myself. Thank you Destiny and DiBella’s for allowing me to enjoy one of the most special Mother’s Day ever. 🙏🎓🌟🥰“
