“Sfogliatelle! They offer it frozen! Get it, pop it in your air fryer until golden brown and enjoy feeling like you are in heaven. It’s filled fully with great quality cheese and orange peel. It’s frozen so you can keep it on hand and feel free to lie to your friends that you made it. Best enjoyed alone with a cup of coffee on a quiet morning.“

“We did some shopping then we're going to check out the Duham Fair. but we were late and didn't want to take the bus ride for 30 minutes left of the Fair. so we looked for somewhere to eat. what luck! We had a fabulous experience! A couple great drinks. Some delicious garlic bread. Then dinner came. my eggplant rolatini was amazing! my wife dish was as well. we had the pistachio Gelato for dessert. and I had a delicious espresso. The service? it was a delight! Made our day. loved everything about this accidental dinner! well be back for sure! thank you all!“

“This was the first time that myself and my family decided to go to Violis. We had family visiting from Italy and it was very difficult to find a restaurant open on a Monday in my area. It's always a challenge when you find a new place cuz you have no idea how the food is going to be. To our surprise, everything was fantastic! From the servers to the person filling our Waters every time our Waters were empty. And most importantly the food was exceptional. We will be going back there soon and I highly recommend anybody who's interested in going do so.“

A group of 4 of us were traveling through the area and needed a good place for Dinner …We called and made a reservation , the owner Al was very personable on the phone .We arrived for dinner and he had our name on table , and he introduced himself …We had a couple of beers while he explained the menu to us ….we Decided on a couple of appetizers and also a small pizza to sample before ordering our dinner . The appetizers arrived and were very good, but the star of the show was definitely the pizza , so much flavor … the crust was to die for light and airy and so much crunch in the crust !!!! Next was the Dinner - Chicken Francaise , Chicken Parm , Chicken Marsala , Fettuccini Carbonaro .All meals arrived hot and were Delicious …We also got to meets Al’s Daughter who was very personable just like her Father ….We wished we had this Restaurant in our community . Give this Restaurant a shot , you won’t regret it . Thank you“

“From the moment I walked in , I was greated with a smile and a welcoming feeling, to the beautiful Italian music on a crisp sound system delightful to the ear and a subtle yet elegant interior design. I started with a glass of merlo with thier bread and butter and the chicken soup , perfect portion and great taste with the wine and soup. For my entree I went with a simple ravioli that came with a salad with thier house vinegarette. Soooooooooooooooo good!!!! I 💯 percent recommend this establishment for a lunch or dinner!“

“I've been going to Romas for years. The drinks are on point and Adam is great. Unfortunately I can't remember the female servers name but she pretty cool as well. We sat outside and it was.relaxing, other than the occasional loud car music passing by it's a great spot to unwind after a stressful day at work. I gave three stars for the food because this particular day my wings were overly salty. The calamari was ok and the pizza crust was a little to burnt. I counted this as just an off day because I'm usually content with the food. My job hold our Christmas party here every year and they do an awesome job with the food and the service. I'm sure you will enjoy if you go and if something is not up to your standards, send it back, they are very accommodating.“

Jonathan did a great job of recreating my favorite basil martini that Linda perfected years ago. Our meal, punctuated by treats from the family farm, was excellent. Our service by Abby was terrific. The zucchini flowers appetizer impeccably balanced the tender flowers and tasty cheese. My husband's roasted cod and summer vegetables were great as was my Veal Milanese. “We held our wedding rehearsal brunch at Esca Wine Bar, and it was wonderful. The staff were so accommodating when we realized we hadn’t counted ourselves (the bride and groom) in the guest count and needed 2 more seats, quickly making the adjustments to the tables and to the food. They were able to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions, as well as providing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to everyone. Our host even took a group photo for us at the end of the event. We absolutely recommend having an event here at Esca!“
