“We stopped in on a dreary day over Christmas break while visiting family in Stamford. We felt the warmth and love as soon as we walked through the door. We ordered bagels and coffee. Coffee was self-service, hot and delicious. Our bagels were brought to our table, fresh and warm. The owner welcomed us like we were family. “Had a really great Matcha at CFCF. I really appreciated the service as I ordered my matcha to the wrong location but they very nicely made it for me at the location I had hoped to order it at. The gripps Street location is really nice inside, a little bit small but it did not feel overcrowded. The gluten-free oatmeal square grew on me, but it was not great (very crumbly and not as much flavor as I hoped for). Definitely better things to eat so I will need to explore more.“

“Wonderful place! Everything about our visit was excellent. We were greeted by friendly staff and were seated quickly. The restaurant was clean and decorated for the season (Valentine's Day). We ordered our appetizers: pasta fagioli and Caesar salad and were not disappointed. For an entree we had broccoli rabe pizza which the chef modified for our vegetarian diet. It was delicious. The crust was thin and had the right amount of crunch. The rabe was the right amount of garlicky. We should have each ordered our own! And dessert! Who knew that vanilla ice cream dowsed in good, hot espresso could be so sublime. The homemade Limoncello shot, rounded off a lovely lunch. We have been to Bari before and will return every chance we get. Big Mike, Johnny and the staff bring southern Italy to Stamford. “TNT Luncheonette is fantastic. I started going there, when it was called Mitz and Mike. They have a great breakfast menu. I like to order a couple of eggs over easy, with ham, home fries and whole wheat toast. Their home fries are to die for.Unfortunately, I haven't been there in years, because I live overseas now. But, if I ever get back to good old Harrison again, you can be sure, I will pay a visit to TNT Luncheonette.“

“Walked in here around 5:15p and immediately loved the set up of the place. I am a fan of coffee shops/cafes that serve drinks and this is the first one I've really found in Fairfield county. I ordered 2 empanadas (onion and cheese + caprese) and a lemon ginger tea. The woman behind the counter brought me my tea with a bottle of honey (it was nice I didn't even have to ask) while my empanadas were warming up. The music was relaxing throwbacks that I was really enjoying as I was getting some work done.The empanadas were really good! The bread/dough was different from other empanadas I've had - there was a crunch like a croissant - but I really enjoyed it with the salsa verde.Can't wait to come back here in the future!“

“I am OBSESSED with this place.Tried it randomly out of convenience and haven’t stopped returning.. truly a gem!The sandwiches are so delicious. Not to mention - very affordable and the portions are generous! The cookies are great too. Everything is made fresh and with care. You won’t be disappointed….It’s one of those places you could build a routine around.. sadly I live in NYC and am only here briefly for work - will be missing this spot when I’m gone

“I decided to stop here with my boyfriend after scouting the area for cute cafes serving fresh food with healthy options. We ended up at Granola Bar and enjoyed a wonderful lunch with our server Alex who was very accommodating and friendly. My boyfriend had the French toast that was so good he ate it right away and we didn't even get a picture of it. I opted for the avocado toast with smoked salmon and the ricotta toast. Both were incredibly fresh, light and delicious! We finished with a latte which was finely crafted with an adorable bear! There were so many other dishes that looked good on the menu being served to other diners so we will definitely be back to try the sandwiches and bowls.“

“Very cute outdoor coffee stand at a little apartment complex park near the train station. The staff were very friendly and the coffee is delicious, really great (had a latte). However, the food situation was disappointing. They advertise yogurt parfaits, pastries, and hot sandwiches, but almost none of the things were available. I would suggest that management make clear what hours food is actually offered and served!“

We stopped in about 20 minutes before closing and we’re lucky enough to sit in their small eating area and enjoy a pana cotta and some other baked goods we took home. Initially I wanted some gelato but after seeing the baked goods I switched. They have lots of options and the next time in the area we will go back for dessert, maybe gelato.“
