“Visiting from out of town and it was close to our hotel so we thought we would give it a shot and it did not disappoint! My 10 year old son said it was the best food he has ever had. Great food, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!!

“I stopped by Mish Mosh Deli recently and tried the #16, and wow – it did not disappoint! The chicken cutlet was crispy and flavorful, paired perfectly with the prosciutto, roasted peppers, broccoli rabe, and fresh mozzarella. The balsamic vinegar pulled everything together for a really amazing bite. Honestly, one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time.

On top of that, the customer service was fantastic. The staff/owner were super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed, even going out of their way to check in. It’s the kind of place where you can tell they really care about their customers.

Definitely recommend giving Mish Mosh a try if you’re in the area – you won’t regret it!“

“Love having Natalie back behind the bar! And Chef Ming is an artist. Seriously blew us away with his skills on the most basic dish - his classic cheese pizza. It’s almost what you would classify as classic Neopolitan, but with hardly any flop. He clearly chooses the best ingredients as well. Such an amazing surprise Can’t wait to go back with the family.“

“The location is beautiful and it was a great rest stop to grab lunch along the route I work and the owner was super friendly we talked about Midwood Brooklyn where I live and he even knew about the local pizza shop in my neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place as a go to if you're in the area.

“I've sat and had slices, so I know how good they are. So then, I get pick up/take away pizza, and it's really, really good for me. That's me, you have to test for yourself. I walk all over Stamford testing, and I like this place because the perfect pizza brings back childhood memories and how you came to love pizza. Just the right amount of everything. Other than service and food is excellent, they need more room. It's so popular I have seen it when it's standing room only.“

“Discovered Sergio’s about a year ago. It is now one of, if not my favorite eatery in Stamford. Great quality food at amazing prices. Love the people who run it, extremely nice. I get the Turkey sandwich on a wedge with provolone, lettuce, tomato and Mayo. I also get the chicken souvlaki with rice. The fresh bread is amazing. The chicken and rice is great as well. The prices are amazing. I absolutely love Sergio’s!“

“First off, it’s a family run business. Secondly, the front door has every sticker you can think of, very creative way to show who goes to this restaurant, from across the nation. The food here, is superb! I always order via Uber eats pickup, and I always get the grandma pizza. Great selection of toppings! I will say it is a bit expensive, but you get the best pizza in new Canaan! The employees there are super polite and very kind, and the wait time is not as long, and you could walk around town to wait for your food! I have come here multiple times always getting the grandma’s pizza and also switching it up by adding some wings. Great food, and great experience here. Highly recommend it, family friendly, great location, and great service.

Parking: There’s a small amount of spaces on the side of the restaurant, and street parking. I usually park at the parking lot next to the restaurant.

“This is a great place to eat. It was slow so I sat by the window hoping business would pick and it did. A middle-aged couple came in with a puzzled look on their face, as though they were desperate for something to do.
The menu is large and in charge but I judge each deli by one dish and one dish alone, the chicken parm wedge. Is the bread fresh, is the chicken crispy, is the sauce homemade etc.? Sometimes a spot is constrained by its ability to both deliver and keep the price down; Summer Street Deli somehow figured this out. I ordered a Pedro Special and a Chicken Parm Wedge and spent $25 with tip. Not bad. The chicken parm was crispy, the sauce was sweet and the motz was tangy. The chili was also delicious with a touch of spice but not to little which infuriates me. I like a hot chili. Like a diet Merrit Canteen chili flavor, very good though.

But over all I like this little spot with lots of dining space that is roomy but maintains a classic feel without all this pretentious so called atmosphere that doesn’t require it’s presence in a neighborhood spot such as this. Definitely worth a look but don’t take your date here unless your married, it’s not that kind of place bro ;).“

Cafeteria ambience and restricted parking and the only two downsides. I don't downgrade for that, but it's not the most romantic first date. I will go back to Johns every time I come to Stamford! I stop for that incredible salad of theirs. There’s nothing like it, covered in feta, Gorgonzola and onions, with that perfect house dressing.
