“Tried Pizzaro’s Pizzeria for the first time. My wife and I shared a large antipasta salad and a large cheese pizza with garlic, half pepperoni and half broccoli. Everything was great. While this is more a takeout place they have large booths and the service was excellent. The salad was awesome and so large we took 1/4 of it home. The pizza was excellent. Thin crust with a delicious sauce. I’m not a fan of the outer crust but this was so good I ate everything. I highly recommend their pizza. We have to go back and try their subs and meals as I witnessed many people getting these and pizza for takeout. I give it five stars. We will be back.“

“My boyfriend and I couldn’t decide what to eat for dinner - we were going back & fourth between Indian & Italian lol then he said Thai! We googled Thai in our area & this is literally down the road from us. We got the Thai sampler platter, the spicy noodles with chicken and a mango sticky rice. 10/10. It’s definitely my new food fixation. Everything was cooked perfectly. Seasoned perfectly. & the guy who took my order on the phone was very patient and helpful. I don’t usually write reviews - but I had to for this one. We’ll be back very soon :)“

“We ordered two pies one white chicken and broccoli and one red sauce with meatball and mushroom. They were both delicious and we noticed that both pies had a gorgonzola flavor which we liked but wondered if that was their secret ingredient? It was mild and buttery and I never thought it could be a thing until we had this.“

“This is by far the highest quality food in west haven. I bet even with 30 miles. The owners are fabulous and the food is amazing. When a family member was down and out Linda the owner delivered the food personally and made sure we had the whole experience even though we couldn’t make it there she brought the restaurant to us. “My husband surprised me with a dinner gathering at Red Lotus. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by two staff members and the owner Larry. Gary was our server who I must say was by far the best server we have ever had. Gary and Larry truly made us feel like we were the only ones there (they had a full house) the food was delicious we were a party of 8 and all had different plates none of us were disappointed with our food. The presentation of the plates were beautiful! Larry made sure to come to our table and assure we were satisfied with our food and service took time out to talk with us and build a relationship. The server, James, was very attentive and helpful. The food was delivered in a timely fashion and was wonderful! My scallops and shrimp were cooked to perfection and the Cajun seasoning was spot on. Keith's steak was cooked just as he requested. The portions were terrific! My cheesecake was smooth and yummy and Keith's chocolate dessert was a real treat. “Family friendly. I had a grand daughter under the table and screaming (age4) and waitress tried to get on the floor and comfort her. Owner,John, came out to talk with us and tried to talk to her as he usually did (we went regularly so he knew her). I apologized and he calmly said no problem, he stayed calm. I said there were other customers and he said well they can leave. We have pizza Fridays so we get pizza there every Friday and other dishes at times. I can personally say the vodka sauce is excellent. Husband loves the meatball grinders.“
